Gutes Hotel in Top Lage. Aber eigentlich keine 4 Sterne nach unserem Sinne. Da kein Restaurant.
Pros:

Die Terrasse, sehr selten in New York. Und die Lage ist top. 5 Minuten zum One WTC, Gute Metro Linien gleich gegenüber.
Die Bar ist auch sehr schön.
Unsere Minibar im Zimmer, die extrem gut kühlt. Das mag ich. Sonst sind die Dinger immer Warm oder so.
Am nächsten Tag war mein Wasser gefroren :-)

Cons:

Der Room Service, die ersten 3 Tage war er Super, Kaffee, Wasser etc. immer nachgefüllt.
Die letzten 2 Tage leider nicht mehr so gut. Kaffee Kapseln wurde nicht aufgefüllt, Wasser nur 1-2 Flachen.
Zum Glück hatten wir eigenen Kaffee dabei und genug Wasser. Ich hätte es an der Rezeption melden können, aber
als wir jeweils spät ins Hotel zurückkamen wars mir zu blöd das noch zu machen.
Auch waren nur ein Bademantel und ein paar Slipper im Zimmer als wir ankamen. Wurde dann aber umgehend am nächsten Tag von der Rezeption gelöst.

Fantastic hotel, with excellent location
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely fantastic; we chose it because of its excellent location. The hotel is situated near several subway lines (maximum 3 minutes on foot), so getting back to the hotel from anywhere is very convenient. It is also on the subway line that goes to JFK Airport (approximately a 60–70 minute journey from the airport to the hotel).

Our room was cleaned daily, and the temperature could be adjusted as needed. We especially appreciated the Wi-Fi in the room. I must highlight the staff — everyone was amazing, kind, and eager to help. Any request or question we had was resolved immediately. A great team of people!

If I ever have the opportunity to return to New York, I won’t even look for another hotel.

Cons:

The view from the hotel is of the building across the street, but that’s just the reality and there’s nothing I can do about it — it is what it is. You really only go back to the hotel to shower and sleep anyway; you’re not traveling there for the view from the window.

Pros:

local ótimo, quarto limpíssimo, staff super preparada e flexível, nos ajudaram muito. A localização é literalmente a 1 quadra do metrô, 2 quadras do world trade center, c vários locais mais em conta pra comer próximos. é um lugar ótimo pra fugir do caos da broadway e região.

A great and very convenient stay
Pros:

I highly recommend the Artezen hotel as an option. It is in a great area, 2 min walking distance not only to Fulton subway station (which practically connects you everywhere) but also to great food options! It has great touristic attractions nearby. The staff were always very nice and we were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel until check-in time. The room is small but clean, it is cleaned daily if you choose to and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Artezen. We’ll definitely be back!

Cons:

Two things: we had robes on our first day and after the first cleaning service, they removed them and never provided new or clean robes. Why take it and not leave another one? Also, elevators can take some time to get there. A couple of small details to take into consideration

A GREAT BASE FOR YOUR STAY IN NEW YORK
Pros:

Great central location. In an older street, but modern boutique hotel. Staff helpful but because this is not really a "food hotel with breakfast" (rooftop bar excluded..I didn't see it) you have less interaction with staff. Reception and concierge staff friendly and helpful.
Wall St, Broadway, World Trade Center, Oculus, Staten Island Ferry, Fraunces Tavern etc all close nearby. Whole Foods etc short walk away. Fulton Center subway 100 yards from hotel.
Safe, kettle, robe n slippers, ice machine, large flat screen TV, fridge, rain shower, bottled water, huge comfortable bed. Slightly odd thin cupboard and tight-ish bathroom but hey, it's New York. Not overly fond of patterned carpet but it's practical.
Only 5 rooms per floor so does not feel like a typical mega huge Corporate hotel.
All NY hotels are expensive but this was very competitive with other hotels.

Cons:

Wasn't anything. Referred to patterned carpet not being a great look but that's nothing!!
