Agradable pero desayuno malo
Pros:

lugar agradable, el bar restaurant bueno, atención amable

Cons:

El desayuno horrible, con pan recalentado duro, nada de fruta, demasiado básico, lo mínimo un pan fresco!!

Muy buen Hotel, cumple con lo necesario.
Pros:

Lo mejor es el restaurante, de verdad la comida es exquisita, especialmente las gyosas de Pato confit. El Hotel está muy bien en términos de tranquilidad y descanso.

Cons:

Tiene un tema con el voltaje, que hace que se prendan y apaguen luces, pero ya es hilar fino.

Pros:

Muy cómodo, tanto que creo hace mucho tiempo no dormía tan bien. Buen desayuno, en el ingreso te hacen llenar un papel con lo que quieres para el día después, lo cual me parece muy buena técnica para que no se pierda comida.

Cons:

Se siente un poco el paso de los auto, a mí no me incomodó

Pros:

Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y cómodas. Las camas en excelente estado. El desayuno no es buffet pero tienen la amabilidad de prepararlo según demandes.

Cons:

Quizás lo que más me decepcionó fue la actitud de la recepcionista, ya que al hacer el check out me pidió esperar en recepción mientras ella iba a "revisar como había quedado la habitación". Para no tensar la situación le pedí que si encontraba algo mío lo trajera, pero la verdad fue bien humillante ese momento ya que me sentí casi acusada de haber sacado algo sin permiso.

La calidez del lugar, con música ambiental dan un toque muy agradable al lugar, muy buena atencion, la habitacion muy comoda y grane, bien decorada.

Cons:

el cafe podría ser mas grande y los jugos naturales, eso seria un detalle que cambia la calidad

La atención de la recepcionista

Cons:

La habitación era muy oscura, y la luz de la ampolleta de la lámpara colgante no se apagaba
Además, como funciona como restaurante hubo ruido hasta tarde y al día siguiente las mesas estaban sucias y con restos de líquido y colillas de cigarros.

Great stay!
Pros:

We were only there one night but it was a lovely experience. Room was cosy and comfortable.

The barman made us one of the best pisco sours we have had in our two months in Chile.

The only improvement I would suggest is to highlight the restaurant at check in. We had no idea they had a full on restaurant offering, walked miles for an average dinner, and when we returned discovered a buzzing restaurant of diners who all seemed very happy with their food. We enjoyed a night cap but once we saw the menu wished we had eaten there.

Todo bien, lugar simple.

Cons:

No se podía activar la ducha, muy raro... eso si no pregunté, pero vimos en todos lados y no se venía donde activar la ducha, me bañé en la bañera.

Un Pequeño Pero buen Hotel

Habitación y baño muy limpios, buen colchón y almohadas
Para los que quieran comer ahí hay un restaurante que no probé Pero se veía bien
Destacó el excelente "desayuno completo" exquisito.

Nada.
Aunque me habría gustado una de las habitaciones con ventanal al patio, Pero en la reserva me dieron ésta.
