Old Town Quito Suites, Apartments & Boutique hotel

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed. It was so clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly all along the way. Fresh bread daily and stocked fridge. So personal and very welcoming. Recommendations for restaurants and shopping were spot on. I would highly recommend to anyone especially with a family.

This is a fantastic property! It is a small boutique apartment hotel with lovely rooms and a very nice courtyard. Our room was 1000 ft.² with two bedrooms and a kitchen and the living area. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel it is in the heart of the old town - walking distance of the major sites.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Some food is provided which is a nice add on. Definitely worth staying at if you want to be near the historical center. No complaints at all.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. I would suggest staying here to anyone coming to Quito. Joz and Freddy were so helpful and they gave us lots of good ideas for restaurants and other places to go. The room was so comfortable and clean. The breakfast including warm fresh bread and fruit was a highlight.

We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The layout of our apartment was beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. We appreciated having food in the refrigerator and the bowl of fruit on the table. The staff was so kind and the hotel is in a good a location. I would love to return someday.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Everyone who we had contact with were beyond lovely. The atmosphere and style of the hotel was warm and beautiful. Loved it. Highly recommend. The tour guide and driver they use is also exceptional. Xavier was indispensable.

We managed to stay in 3 of the suites they had to offer - every single one of them were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was so kind and helpful, bringing us fresh pastries every morning. The fridge was always stocked with eggs and bfast supplies. A constantly replenished supply of fresh fruit on the table. The beds were comfortable, the showers clean with good water pressure. The location is right on the edge of old town, walking distance to several sights and restaurants. It is also right down the street from the pick up/drop off point for the bus to the Amazon.
Hands down, this is where we will always stay if we ever return to Quito.

My husband and I stayed here in February 2025 and loved everything about the hotel. The room was spacious, had a separate living area from the bedroom. The fireplacein the kitchen/livingroom area was such a nice touch. The breakfast was perfect and the water provided was awesome. The hotel staff were all amazing and we would recommend using their airport shuttle service as well as using their recommended tour guides. Xavier was ours and we felt really comfortable with him. The surrounding area is great for walking and close to all of the historic areas. We did a hop on/off bus which was a 5 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants around as well. All of the pizza places were delish!
