Pros:

Hotel a 5min andando del Zócalo, en pleno centro de Oaxaca. El personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y sin ruido del exterior.

The reception desk was in a back room , so the entrance had a motion sensor chime that goes off all day. I also happen to catch a day with construction in a room above me so, there was lots of noise. Also the walls are paper thin voices, showers and bathroom use seemed to amplify

Me gusto la proximidad con el zocalo, Cathedral y Convento. El lugar es bastante tranquilo por estar en una ciudad ruidosa.
El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto para todas nuestras necesidades.

Cons:

Hay olor de caño en el baño.
La cama esta muy chica para una pareja.
El desayuno que se ofrece no es muy tentador.

Appreciated the tour arrangements with pickup at the Hotel. Easy peasy.
Pros:

Excellent Customer Service. Close to very good restaurants and downtown. Ricardo and Luisa were amazing. Ricardo arranged tours, taxis, and had a thorough knowledge of Oaxaca. Made it much easier for a first time visitor.

Cons:

The street can get a little noisy at rush hour but most of the main streets canbe busy.

I highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Our stay was great. Everyone was really nice. My boyfriend has hurt his knee prior to our arrival and I emailed to see if it was possible to get a ground floor room. They really went above and beyond to accommodate this. The bed was huge and comfy. Location is ideal, next to great restaurants and close to the main square but the place is still quiet. I would come back.

一人旅日本人女子は検討してみて下さい
Pros:

立地もよく、朝晩涼しかったですが、毛布も用意してくれていました。近所にコンビニもあります。ホットシャワーもでました。スタッフも親切です。

Cons:

お湯を沸かすポットはありません。エレベーターもありません。

Perfect hotel for exploring Oaxaca
Pros:

Loved the location and the entrance. The windows were a bonus, perfect for light, privacy and ventilation. The staff was pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Cleanliness was evident. Felt secure and peaceful.
Another bonus was the rooftop patio with great views of the city.

Cons:

A small fridge would have been helpful.
