Falta de limpeza geral , inclusive ficou impossível de usar os utensílios domésticos do apartamento
Al dpto le falta cariño. No estaba limpia la cocina. Grasa y hormigas por todos lados.y más q básico los utensilios. Lamparitas q no funcionaban. Dormitorio sin veladores. Cama matrimonial de 1,30. Sillas en mal estado a las q se les abrían las patas. Lo único rescatable fue la vista. Era 3°piso (x escalera xq era el bloque B) se veía el mar y parte de la isla.

El departamento tenía falencias. La propuesta engañosa. Enchufes que ko se podían usar, ducha perdiendo continuamente, objetos peligrosos y no deseados en habitación, para encender el microondas hay q desenchufar la heladera. Despintado y con filtraciones. Descripción que informa playa privada y no es verdad.

El condominio es muy completo, tiene dos piscinas, quinchos con parrillas, minimercado… espectacular.
El sofá cama resulta un poco incómodo para armar y desarmar todas las noches porque no tiene rueditas.

Apartamento pequeno, mas com a estrutura boa.
Deixou a desejar na limpeza do apart. e principalmente, parte externa do prédio.
Mas recomendamos!!!!
O Custo - benéfico excelente.
Limpeza e ter que levar roupas de banho e cama, mas foi tudo bem.
Propietario, excelente atención
la ubicación es perfecta. la comodidad de tener piletas, parrillas y estacionamiento es genial. de todas las playas que conocimos de Florina, esta es la más hermosa. la atención de la dueña fue excelente. el año que viene vuelvo sin pensarlo.
