In accordance with the executive order 2021-062 of the governor of Puerto Rico of 4 August 2021 and the Tourism Company Guides of August 6, effective on Monday 16 August 2021, it will be required that all guests present at the time of check-in the immunization certificate (COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card) or the document proving that they have completed their vaccination process against COVID-19. In case of not being vaccinated, they must present negative molecular test (PCR) result - SARS-CoV2; "NAAT" type or antigen test - with testing performed no later than 72 hours prior to the start of your stay.
A person is considered fully vaccinated two (2) weeks after the second dose was given for the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or two (2) weeks after receiving the single dose of Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine.
Guests will also need to present their identification upon check-in to corroborate the evidence provided. Failure to submit the negative COVID-19 test or the presentation of the vaccination card during the check-in process will result in the cancelation of the reservation and the denial of entry to the hotel. Deposits or payments made for canceled reservations will not be refunded.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

The room is very big and bright. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel interior is also beautiful, I especially appreciated the big mirror in a room and in the hallways. There’s no parking in a hotel but there’s a parking for $10 a day couple minute walk from the hotel, as well as the coffee shop next door and restaurants

Location, price, comfort, clean and bright. Wonderful sitting areas on each floor by windows.
Our room was a little small and the bathroom was a little small also. Clean and bright but a little small, perhaps was meant for a single person.
The room was spacious and the staff were super friendly and allowed us to store and retrieve our luggage with no issues. I would use this hotel again.
The lack of an included breakfast was a bit of a loss but to be honest there are enough restaurants around that it wasn't a deal breaker.

Están en reformas así que todo el ruido de la obras no deja dormir por la mañana. Cuando llegamos para hacer el check in la recepcionista nos dejó esperando sin decirnos nada durante 20’. Hasta que le pregunté qué pasaba, la tarjeta no pasaba, y si no fuese porque pregunté, nos hubiésemos quedado ahí toda la noche.
We got in so late, it was hard to find food. Nothing for breakfast too far to walk to a place.
It's so close to the beaches and walk able to the strip.
Had A lovely big size room with a huge window.
The Front desk and people working there are so nice and felt very secure and safe.
No breakfast or coffee in the hotel yet, looks like a restaurant will be opening there soon.
There is a coffee shop next door and around the corner a few restaurant that are good.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the space and having access to clean drinking water to refill out my water bottle. I found the overall state to be very clean, welcoming and accurately represented. I would recommend staying here if you are a couple it was really relaxing and luxurious I felt totally safe and hygienic in my room.
