Paper thin walls I could hear everything in the hallway and from the rooms all around me as if they were in the room. Someone came into my room at 9 am on the day of check-out and checkout wasn’t until 11am. I was in bed at the time. The room is extremely small.

Yo lo reservé por esta plataforma y con un precio cerrado para 9 noches pero luego cargaron a mi cuenta más dinero de lo acordado, reclamé al hotel y dicen que es asunto de Booking.
Durante nuestra estancia vinieron solo 2 veces ha limpiar la habitación aunque dejábamos el cartel en la puerta para solicitar limpieza, (parecía un Airbnb), las chicas del servicio pasean por los pasillos muy temprano hablando muy alto entre ellas, no respetan el descanso del huésped, la habitación tenía una ventana pero bloqueada por lo que no hay ventilación natural en el interior.

Decepcionante. La primera habitación presentaba varios problemas: la manivela de la ducha estaba rota, uno de los grifos del WC roto y había un fuerte olor a humedad bastante desagradable. Además, era muy ruidosa.
Ante esta situación, tuve que solicitar yo misma un cambio de habitación. No solo no me lo ofrecieron inicialmente, sino que además pague un suplemento por la nueva habitación.
La atención en recepción fue muy inconsistente: mientras una persona me indicó que no había disponibilidad, otra posteriormente me dijo que sí y así con todo, muchísima falta de profesionalidad. En general, la atención al cliente fue bastante deficiente y poco amable.
En la segunda habitación, que se suponía de categoría superior (tipo suite), el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba correctamente, y parecía que el problema era conocido, ya que había un cubo colocado debajo. A esto se sumó la falta de ayuda con el equipaje, a pesar de que iba bastante cargada y salí sola del hotel.
Tampoco pasaron a limpiar las habitaciones aún dejando el cartel de que pasaran y comentándolo en recepción.
En conjunto, la relación calidad-precio me pareció muy mala y la experiencia general también, tanto que me fui una noche antes de lo que tenía pagado.

El personal poco proactivo

The room fell below expectations. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the toilet had issues, some of the fixtures and details in the room seemed unfinished or not fully maintained. Also, during my two-day stay, the room was not serviced or cleaned. The room did not have a phone either, which made it less easy to communicate with the staff.

The overall impression was that the property may have gone through a recent renovation, but still needs improvement in some of the smaller details.

On a positive note, the room was very clean when i first got in and bed was comfortable, the restaurant next door (Mome), which I understand is part of the same group, was excellent, their breakfast is exceptional, and the service there was very pleasant.

That if you come at night the door is close and you Jae to use an access code. So if you arrive after hrs you need that number be handy to get in .other wise you need to call the front desk

My account had been hacked and was sent messages to verify my reservations twice in attempt to gather personal financial information...never happened before to me on booking.com and see now new management when checked in. Also could not get hot water for shower and told after that facet worked in reverse?..

Check in staff member came across as rude (the morning staff member was lovely however). Cistern in the toilet wasn’t working properly - had to fiddle with the flush to get it to stop flowing. Lots of areas in the room felt unfinished - exposed bits of wall/plugs etc. No extra lock on the door which would have been nice.

No nos limpiaron la habitación, tuvimos que decirles al tercer día que la hicieran, sino no te la hacían

Do barulho. Pois, durante à noite os outros hóspedes faziam um barulho tremendo!
