Sink blocked on day two and every day I was told plumber was coming. By day five he never came
I lost my phone on a bus. Receptionist said hotel did not have a phone that I could use to phone a friend. Fortunately cleaner loaned me her phone to call.
One the day before leaving receptionist told me I owed one more day payment. I showed her the Expedia evidence of full payment and received no apology just some excuse about internet problems.
