駅近で便利なホテル
Pros:

JR五反田駅からすぐで駅近です。
ホテルへ向かうために渡る信号のところに、ファミマがあり便利です。その周りカフェもあり、必要であればモーニングに困ることはないです。
入口が小さく看板も小さいので見落とす可能性が高いです。中は普通のファミマです。
ホテルは建物への入り口は階段降りると地下１階、上ると1階です。いずれにしてもエレベータで3階に上がるとフロントです。
なお、地下と1階は飲食店が多数あります。
部屋はさすがに老朽感がありますが照明が十分に明るいので楽です。
窓の外から見下ろすと東急池上線の五反田駅でしたが終点なので6階だとほとんど気になりませんでした。
むしろ、トレインビューで楽しかったです。

安かったのはとてもよかったです。ロビーまでいくのに一度階段のぼらなければいけなかったのがスーツケース持ってたので大変だった。
所々汚れは気になるところはあったが、経年劣化もあるのかな、というところで金額で納得できるくらいだった。
ただ他スタッフなど気になるところは全くなく、朝のチェックアウトまでの数時間だったが、テレビがつかなかったので電話したらすぐきてくださり対応していただけて嬉しかったです。

Pros:

近辺ホテルにもよく宿泊するがどのホテルも使い捨てボディ洗いが装備されている。
しかしこのホテルは無い
