控えめに言って最高！
Pros:

結婚式に出席のための滞在でしたが、式場から徒歩2分と近く、中心街にもすぐに出られ、ロケーションは最高でした！新しく清潔で洗練されており、設備も問題なしです。チェックイン時間の前に、荷物を預かってもらう為立ち寄りましたが、もうお部屋の準備が出来ているのでご利用になれますよとお声かけて頂き部屋に荷物を置くことができ、とても助かりました。電話対応も含めてスタッフはとても親切な対応でした。お部屋も快適でベットの寝心地も良く、コスパも良いと思います。当たりでした👍

Highly recommend, would stay again.
Pros:

Very clean, excellent location. Great facilities, easy checkin.

Cons:

Beds were quite firm. Rooms were lovely but not much room for 2 suitcases.

closed to Shinsaibashi shopping street
Pros:

Location is great, closed to shopping street but not too busy or noisy at all. Free coffee , tea and cup of soup at the cafe on the ground floor.

Cons:

I had a room next to fire exit door and somebody smoking, the smell travelled through and came into our room from the door gap and through the whole floor, reported to the front staffs, but it did not work. It s not the hotel fault but beware if you have asthma.

Comfortable room, really nice reception Staff, very good breakfast including different items every day, freshly cooked. I also liked the location walking distance to markets and lively neighborhoods. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Would consider staying here again for the cost and location
Pros:

Great location and easy to find, close to restaurants and shops at Shinsaibashi Street. Price we paid was good. Room had a fridge and TV.

Cons:

Room and bathroom were on the smaller side, though this was somewhat expected
