On the smaller side but that is expected for Japan. Great location, walking distance to fun areas and a short ride away if you want to see more. Overall it was good value for money, clean, nice staff.

Bardzo smaczne śniadanie. Świetna obsługa podczas śniadania - pani bardzo uprzejma, pomocna. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu blisko stacji metra w samym centrum miasta.

Cons:

Nie podobał mi się brud w toalecie co jest standardem w hotelach Oriental - zauważyłam, że te hotele mają wstawiony w łazienkach konkretny model WC, który jest niemożliwy do utrzymania w czystości. Załączam zdjęcie szczeliny, która rzuca się od razu w oko gdy spojrzy się na WC od góry - zbiera się tam brud, kurz, wydzielina, gumki do włosów, włosy i cały inny syf z ostatnich pewnie 10 lat. To nawet nie jest wina pracowników sprzątających, co mieliby robić - odkręcać toaletę za każdym razem i sprzątać wszystkie szczeliny? To wina tego konkretnego modelu WC, który jest brudny i śmierdzi w każdym hotelu Oriental w jakim do tej pory byłam w Japonii. Po prostu ohyda.

Nieuprzejma była też obsługa hotelu podczas zameldowania. Otrzymałam od hotelu co najmniej 6 maili na temat tego, abym koniecznie wygenerowała sobie przed przyjazdem kod QR. Jest on niezbędny, żeby się samodzielnie zameldować w hotelu przy samoobsługowym kiosku. Wypełniłam więc przed przyjazdem formularz skrupulatnie wpisując do niego dane ze swojego paszportu oraz inne informacje. Przyszłam do hotelu poinformowałam obsługę, że chce się zameldować - że mam kod QR. Nie chcieli nawet patrzeć na kod QR i zażądali paszportu, a następnie przeszliśmy całą procedurę od nowa, czyli wspólnie wypełnialiśmy formularz. Bez sensu.

Das Personal war etwas reserviert und nicht freundlich wie man es in Japan gewohnt ist. Man wird überhaupt nicht begrüßt sondern total ignoriert, was ich etwas schade fand.
