Nice, clean amenities. Mattress was a bit rough. No hand soap available, shower gel doubles as antibacterial wash? Good location downtown and overall a pleasant stay.

a bit far from downtown(clock tower), but just about 15 min distance. New built and modern simple style hotel. I am aprepriated with theri spaced room, at a very reasonable price. it may be perfect for those self-driven, with a free carpark.

So much can be said about this hotel. I found the stair is quite challenging, 18 steps at one go. Elderly of people with disability are highly unlikely to stay at this hotel. Its dining hall, was open, two sides without any wall. It is quite cold in the morning. Food is acceptable for Thais but having limited choice for non-Thai people.
Staff are not willing to get up, most likely to sit most of the time. They are not helpful with information or assistance to clients relating to laundry, public transportation. The hotel is quite new, so the room is clean and well maintained.

The room was new and sparkling clean. The location is perfect. The only problem was there were several mosquitos in the bedroom, apart from that, everything is perfect.
It was very new and well put together. Difficult to find on the map. Also, breakfast included was toast, rice, and stir fry. Could have used some fruit at least. Mattresses very hard.

In Sabai@ is alles nieuw. Ook de receptie moet het allemaal nog doorkrijgen. De goede kamers zijn niet écht schoon en er staan erg harde bedden.
Maar toch een prima plek om te verblijven.
It's a new 3 floors hotel. 3rd floor is a breakfast area, 1st and 2nd rooms. Everything works perfectly. A lot of local cuisine and massage salons in this area.

Reasonable hotel but wrong address given on website about 4 Km differenence. This meant we could not walk into town as we had planned and had to take taxi everywhere. Also meant big problem when we tried to book into hotel at given address which has similar name and ead to transfer to this hotel.
