Lovely welcome from start to finish. The room is clean and very comfortable. The hotel itself is inviting and friendly staff always on hand to help. Value for your money, little noise from other rooms and outside. Plenty to right outside from shopping to sight seeing.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice building.
There was a fan already in the room as the air con didn’t work, we were offered another room but decided to stay in the original room. There was no view from the room, other buildings were higher and very close.
The location is the best. Easy to get to from Manchester Airport via tram or train, and right in the heart of Manchester near plenty of shopping malls, old pubs, a Gothic church and the main train line within a few minutes' walk. Rooms are generous in size, and beds are super comfy with all key amenities provided. A separate laundry room was on my level and a basic fitted-out gym on the lower level, which met my needs. Climate control is excellent, and despite being central, rooms are well sound-proofed and well maintained. Plenty of cafes and restaurants all within 100m, so you'll never be hungry or thirsty.
Nothing to report. Second time I've stayed here on my second trip to Manchester. :)

Th room numbering system is crazy but once we knew where pur room was it didn't matter.

Miserable receptionist, wouldn’t let us check in only 15 mins early (fair enough) so we left our bags and went out. When we got back our bags were still in the same spot on the floor not put away in the luggage room. No breakfast items available in the morning as stated. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was amazing.
Apartment was great with everything you need to cook a meal even have an area in the reception selling a selection of food items to purchase, grab and go breakfast also available from reception.
Unable to obtain a further pillow.
The Location was good, it was in the middle of everything you would need. I chose this location specifically for the closeness to the AO Arena.
Air conditioning didn't work in the room (323)
There was a strange smell on the towels and in the corridor.
Central to the city
no power outlets in the living area, TV only in the Bedroom, No smart TV, windows in living area locked, TV mount broken, had to remake bed on arrival.
Really enjoyed our stay, quick and easy check in. Room was very spacious and clean. Will definitely rebook.

Smaller than expected, Aircon was poor , dusty on window frames and wall lamps , bathroom had stains on walls , receptionist not welcoming
