Great value for money.
Pros:

Brilliant location and very quiet in room despite being right in the city centre. I couldn't hear a thing.

Cons:

The pillows felt very used and flat, not too comfortable.

Really enjoyable stay
Pros:

Located so close to shops, bars and restaurants in a central location. The room was really quiet and it’s so good to have a small kitchen. 3 of us shared a room with a sofa bed which was really comfy. There is tea/coffee making facilities in reception too

A superb stay in a beautiful building that exceeded our expectations. Ten out of ten.
Pros:

The location was superb, right opposite the Arndale Shopping Centre. What's more, there was a free bus that picked us up at Manchester Piccadilly railway station and took us almost to the door of Roomz. My wife and I had a second floor apartment. It was very spacious with a separate bedroom away from the kitchen/diner section. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. The bathroom was superb with both a shower and a bath. The cleanliness of the room was second to none. We couldn't fault it. All credit to the cleaning staff at Roomz. Our room was at the back of the hotel but it was perfect for us as right opposite was Manchester Cathedral and we were treated to a two hour practice session on our first night. Truly magnificent. There was enough plates and cutlery, along with a good sized grill microwave, a hob and a dishwasher. If you were to stay longer, there are laundry facilities on the premises. The bottom line was that we didn't want to leave and are already talking about visiting Roomz again.

Cons:

I suppose the only tiny issue was that the TV's (yes, there were two, one in the bedroom and one in the lounge) could have done with a re-tune as it appeared lots of channels were missing but that does not warrant any drop in points.
