And the staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs
We booked a room for 3 and when we arrived there was only a double bed. So had to call and they brought a fold up bed.
And the Airton was not on and room too warm( on the hottest weekend) so they brought us a Huge fan which was needed
I stay in Roomz every year when I return to the uk to visit friends and family.
The location is absolutely excellent, right in the heart of the city and so handy when you’re out shopping and socialising, you can easily pop back to the room to drop off shopping or to freshen up. It’s also ideal for concerts in the arena next door, literally a 2 minute walk.
My one bug bear withhis place is that the rooms are not serviced or cleaned during your stay. They are upfront about this and say they won’t clean them unless you stay 3 or more nights, but I regularly stay for 5 nights and the room is still never cleaned! For the price you pay, this is ridiculous to me.

The layout of the Doors was a mess

Nice location, however plenty of stairs to go to the room 245...not easy with big luggage. Polite staff, but not too much concerned with the problems..café machine..

- reception was closed when we arrived and the check in process was slow.
- reception smelled like weed when we arrived and there were some strange faces sitting in the lobby.
- we had fire alarm, followed the protocol ended up behind closed doors with no personal. If it was real fire, I do not want to think how things would have ended.
- the room is small, almost no daylight as the window view is opposite the roof.
