This hotel was such a pleasant surprise.
Pros:

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. First time in Manchester from London and we chose this hotel due to the location.
It did not let us down, the room is super spacious and has everything you need from microwave, hob, full size mirror! The team was also super nice, Olivia was a delight! And we were able to extend our check out time which was perfect. Will definitely be back.

Spacious, well located, and good value
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the studio was very spacious with all the amenities you could need. It looked exactly like the photos.

The complimentary croissants at breakfast were a lovely added touch.

Cons:

Staff could have been a bit more welcoming.
Parking is a bit expensive, and there is a cheaper option about an 8-minute walk (though it’s at your own risk).

Good size room, stylish decor, good location, basic kitchen area but had everything needed.

Cons:

The windows were near enough unopenable, and the shower steamed the bathroom up a lot, and then set the room alarm off if the door was left open to clear it (with no warning sign as I've seen in other hotels) Our room looked into the roof so if you want a view ask for an outside room when booking.

Can’t be beaten on value for money
Pros:

Friendly reception staff made us feel welcome, pastries for breakfast, room was a good size with a nice shower and a coffee and tea making kit. The little extra space in the room meant I wasn’t trapped once my little one had gone to sleep.

The room itself was immaculately clean and the whole hotel was nicely presented. The hotel is in a great location but you wouldn’t know that from how quiet a night’s sleep we got.

No actual bar but so many about your spoilt really. Tv stopped working and mattress a little hard

Fantastic location, room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. All members of staff I dealt with were very helpful.

Cons:

Only drawbacks were the bathroom was very small, not a lot of space for clothes either.

It was a very nice hotel, staff were kind and polite.

Cons:

When we arrived we were put in a room which looked nothing like the pictures shown for a Grande Room which we booked, when asked if we could move rooms we were told the only alternative was a downgrade which wasn't ideal for the price we paid, , throughout our stay we had many problems with our TV in the room which on our 2nd day we were then given an alternative to switch rooms, as we went down to reception we were then told that we were actually put in the wrong room.
