To begin with, on the first day after check-in, $900 was stolen from our room. Presonal and menezder didn't show any enthusiasm for helping, we watched the surveillance video twice, and it turned out that 10 minutes of the recording had simply been deleted. Our room was never cleaned in 8 days, the bed linen was never changed, the garbage was thrown out once, and that was because we asked the manager about it. This is not a tourist area at all, only locals live there, and so does this hotel. I can't afford to rent a room here, the price is very high for such a disgusting service and location.
We were very upset by these events for another month, because we came to Cambodia on a long trip. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to.
Сам отель, его архитектура, номера очень понравились и мы специально с друзьями хотели туда. Удобные матрасы и чистое постельное белье. Завтраки тоже были неплохие.
1. У нас было забронировано два номера. Один супер люкс и семейный номер на 6 человек.
При заезде выяснилось что номер супер люкс уже был сдан другим людям. Хотя я заранее списывалась в тг с менеджером, чтобы еще раз подтвердить номера, так как нам было важно жить именно на 1 этаже.
Когда выяснилось это недоразумение персонал предложил один семейный номер и на втором этаже другой номер.
Время заезда в 14/00 номер который нам предложили взамен был очень грязный, персонал сказал что им нужно всего 10 минут чтобы убрать номер. Уборка была произведена, совершенно не качественно, рядом с кроватью остались пробки, на балконе бычки.
Так второй номер был другого уровня нежели супер люкс, мы попросили скидку персонал дал скидку 20 долларов, что нас также не устроило. Мы попросили связать с руководством отеля, где менеджер предложил скидку в 40 долларов.
Как итог вас могут обмануть то есть номер может быть забронирован два раза и кому он достанется не известно.
Персонал не квалифицированный и требует немедленной замены.
2. Мусор два дня выносили самостоятельно, тарелки после завтрака выносили самостоятельно.
3. бассейн чистился от листьев только после того, как другой постоялец позвонил менеджеру отеля.
4. В номере заявлена кухня. Посуды нет, плита не работает, а шкафы прибиты гвоздями и не открываются.
Проживание в данном отеле не дешевое, но точно не соответствует заявленной цене из за отсутствия сервиса.
Breakfast was fine. The setup is the same as before, but the food has changed somewhat it’s not like it used to be before the pandemic.
Their bed is a bit hard and the air conditioner is not cold in our room.

The location for our conference was great.
We were in the Blue Sky room, which has tons of natural light! This room is more like an apartment with a living area and a kitchenette separate from the bedroom. There is a wash machine in the unit, which is a definite plus for longer stays!
Sadly, there were no dishes, utensils, or cookware, so just be forewarned if you are planning on making a few meals, you won't be able to. Also, the towels were EXTREMELY rough and stiff... even after I washed them myself, adding fabric softener! Comparatively speaking, we think the room is a bit over priced,
Staff were lovely, kind, and helpful. The pool is fantastic. The breakfast was pretty good too.
We had the room at the front of the property, on the top floor, and it was unbelievably loud. The hotel is under the flight path for the airport, and there seems to be no sound proofing in the ceiling. There some obnoxious visitors on the first night, who partied until 2am. I would recommend getting a room at the back of the property, and on the bottom floor.
Spartan but clean and peaceful
The hotel is close to the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and have a small kitchen area. The pool is shaded.
I was shown to the incorrect room - this was quickly remedied but the staff on the desk are not really able to help sort out some of these kind of confusions and the manger is hard to find.
This hotel is excellent value for money. We stayed at the Sarina at the end of our holiday for the convenience of being near the airport.
The room was a lot bigger than we thought it would be.
The hotel is clean,the bed comfortable and the staff is exceptionally kind.
It is located outside of the city centre, but downtown is easily accessible using Grab or any other transports.
The only negative thing is that we could hear some noise from upstairs, but this may simply be because of the presence of children.
I would recommend this hotel.
