Locatia este relativ ok, langa gara. Restaurantul de la parter poate fi un avantaj. Micul dejun este ok.

Cons:

Camerele sunt mici, (am stat la camera 5) probabil ca nu au mai fost renovate de mult (vopseaua este sarita pe pereti, iluminatul este precar si erau cateva becuri care nu functionau, caloriferul nu functiona, nu exista aer conditionat, baia este foarte ingusta si obiectele sanitare sunt degradate, dimineata la ora 0700 era galagie de pe strada) camera 5 este la etajul 3, cu 3 etaje foarte inalte si nu exista lift. Nu cred ca voi mai rezerva camera la acest hotel, cand vin in Leuven.

Comfortable but be aware of stairs only.
Pros:

The hotel was close to both bus and train. The whole area is a pedestrian zone and access to the ciy center is within walking distance. The room size was nice and the view good

Cons:

Stairs and more stairs - 4 flights of stairs to level 2 and 6 flights to level 3. No elevator.
The bathroom is overdue for a reno and mold was present on higher tiles.
The restaurant downstairs is on the pricy side and service was hard to get.,

Mala experiencia, Hotel deteriorado. Mal aseo. No lo repetiría.
Pros:

La ubicación es espectacular. Eso y la atención de parte del personal son lo rescatable de este alojamiento.

Cons:

El hotel está muy deteriorado, no tiene ascensor, nadie ayuda a subir el equipaje, no hacen el aseo en la pieza todos los dias y cuando lo hacen a pedido y exigencia mia en este caso es completamente desprolijo. Pasillos sucios y siempre con elementos de aseo a la vista, refleja mucho abandono.

Ik vond het inchecken erg vaag (online). Ik had vier kamers geboekt, kreeg drie mailtjes. Het was gewoon een hoop gedoe.

loved the occasion, hated the room
Pros:

Breakfast and location are excellent. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

I had room 14, which i guessed would be on the 1 floor. It was on the 3rd floor with 6 steep parts of stairs to climb. No elevator. I am 83 years old with bad knees.
The bathroom had only a ceiling light. Very insufficient. Shampoo and soap are in a very hard plastic bottle which I could not squeeze

Locatie! Centrum-Leuven,dichtbij centraal station, leuke terrasjes, cultuuraanbod,bioscoop...genoeg te doen en te zien! Fijn ontvangst bij Hotel Industrie.

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen directe parkeerplaats was,maar genoeg prima garages in de buurt-op loopafstand. Misschien een idee om korting bij de parkeergarage te bieden aan hotelgasten.

De hygiene van de muren van de douchecabine mag iets beter ,maar verder prima.
