Out dated
Pros:

Fine breakfast like in every Hotels, room was ok but AC so it was very hot there. Location is fine short walk to everything you need to do in Leuven

Cons:

A lot of noise, you could hear a lot between rooms and from the street. No lift and it would have been nice change the bed at least one time.

Pros:

Locatie vlakbij station Leuven, Parking vlakbij onder het plein (betalend uiteraard maar speciaal tarief 's nachts), Ontbijt was super en zeer propere grote badkamer.

Cons:

We boekten eigenlijk zeer laat (dag zelf en kregen laatste kamer onder dak bij +30 graden... maar flesje water was voorzien en ventilator...) dus geen reden tot klagen, wel geen airco. Het ontbijt maakte veel goed 4 soorten broodjes, zoet en hartig beleg, kazen, yoghurt, spek & eieren en pancakes én versgemalen koffie... zeer netjes en zeer vriendelijk personeel !

We didn’t stay, we checked out paying roughly 50% of total of the original price.
Pros:

The room was clean. The staff was helpfull and courtious.

Cons:

It was exeptionally HOT!!!!! The room had no AC and the fan barely worked.

Nice location but avoid in summer
Pros:

The location was perfect!

Cons:

The old building holds the heat. The old windows would not close properly as the locking mechanism was broken. Therefore, the window would not stay closed to stop the heat coming into the room during the day. At night it was not suitable to open the window with the road noise either. Sleeping was very difficult, I had to stay somewhere else when the temperatures were too high.

Convenient location.

Cons:

I have tried to get in touch with the hotel several times to get my bill, as I travelled for week and need it to hand in the costs. They have ignored every email so far.

Very few vegetarian options at breakfast.

Fijn hotel met makkelijke toegang tot de stad en het station.
Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Er was een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en de bij het hotel horende restaurant en terras waren prima.

Cons:

De badkamer is duidelijk aan een make-over toe.
