Functioneel verblijf Leiden Centrum
Pros:

Prima locatie als je in hartje Leiden wilt zijn. Mooi authentiek pand. Aardige host. Te voet en met fiets perfect bereikbaar

Cons:

Auto parkeren gaat niet en ze komen niet met een optie beschikbaar in de buurt, er werd wat gegoogled, maar kwam niet echt iets uit. Bereid je trip voor mbt parkeren.
Neem niet kamer 1, dat is een zolderkamertje 2 hoog, de buurman kijkt bij je binnen en de wind waait door het raamkozijn heen. Basic badkamertje.

Pros:

Locatie perfect, prima ontbijt , super vriendelijk ontvangst en verder tijdens verblijf service uitstekend.

Pros:

Koffers werden zelfs naar de kamer gebracht.
Ruime kamer, ontbijt: alles wat we nodig hadden :)
Midden in het centrum.
Heel vriendelijk ontvangen
Mooi gebouw en prachtige ontbijtkamer

Gordijnen laten iets te veel licht door.
Buiten wat luidruchtig, maar toch goed in slaap gevallen

Schoon, maar erg basic en slecht onderhouden, verouderde look en feel.

Ligging: centraal en aan 1 van de mooiste grachten.

Cons:

Slecht onderhouden, afgebladderde verf, scheuren in plafond en in de gordijnen. Goedkope afwerking. Geen mooie, frisse of moderne uitstraling. Verouderde look en feel van alle meubels. Vloerbedekking op de grond en door hele hotel (behalve restaurant); oud, kapot en aan vervanging toe. Het pand aan de buitenkant is een parel, maar de kamers, look en feel van binnen allesbehalve. Was wel schoon. Wij sliepen er 1 nacht, maar in de ochtend word je op je wkndje weg toch minder gezellig wakker. Kartonnen bekertjes van DE voor je kopje koffie helpen ook niet mee. De vuile was lag redelijk openlijk in een gang (bij aankomst en bij vertrek dag erna).

Prettig en sfeervol.
Pros:

De locatie is uitstekend, midden in het centrum maar toch rustig. Het hotel straalt authentieke Leidsche geschiedenis uit. Het personeel is aardig en behulpzaam!

Klasse Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage, jederzeit wieder!!!
Pros:

Alles:-). Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen, modernen Zimmern, insbesondere der Frühstücksraum ist eine Augenweide. Lage ist sehr zentral, könnte kaum besser sein. Inhaber und Personal sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz in 10 min Entfernung zu Fuß. Und unser kleiner Hund war sehr willkommen!!! Jederzeit wieder!!!

Es könnte zum Frühstück knusprige Brötchen geben:-)

Aardig personeel maar absurd armzalig hotel.

Cons:

Kamer was in extreem armoedige staat. Vies, er lag afval onder het bed. Doorgezakte matras. Vieze vegen op muren en deuren. Los hangende stopcontacten. Nog nooit zo’n aftands hotel in Nederland gezien.
