Best View Apartments

First night of stay on 25th December 2025
The owner was making noise with loud music till 3am.
i couldn't sleep properly
Air-condition was too slow in cooling the room.
Before check in they send me the pictures of the room.
But after check in when I went inside the room it was totally different.
I got photos and videos of everything.
Worst place to stay.
Road not good.
I stayed for only 2 days and requested for my another 2 days refund but didn't heard back from them.
They making people fools.
When ask for refund they informed me that someone is managing from overseas.
But 3 days has gone still no response from them.
They not showing professionalism.
Im requested other guests please see the room physically before payment.

The bed sheets had stain on them. Had to get room service to change them. The shower was dirty with hair and grim.
The A/C was too small for the size of the room. Birds were nesting outside the room and kept making noise all the time. curtains werent properly fitted for privacy, broken curtains. The pool was dirty and unpleasent to swim.

Nothing

Didn't find a fault. We felt at home. Kava on our balcony a little family reminiscing. Beautiful, just Beautiful.

Hi the accommodation has a zero refundable policy and the owner is declining the cancellation, pls I haven't stayed there at all on the 24th of July, my family feels very unsafe, blinds missing, no ac on the rooms, only living room, place was filthy even bird shit inside the house, one interconnecting room doors to another apartment,  which can be easily broken into, because it is manually locked with nails, no safety as it can be manually broken into from the otherside, this place already has bad reviews, which i missed looking at before hand, and I'm failing to understand why this place is still allowed to run its apartments via booking.com, if the place has nothing to hide then simple it should allow guests to cancel with a fee and not make it non refundable, I agree I didn't do my due diligence on my end, I'm failing to understand why booking.com is failing to do their due diligence, pls even if I don't get my money back I think booking.com should stop others from booking this place, if you had a family and wanted to take them there, you would also hesitate, pls action accordingly, and help me get at least a large chunk of my money back I have not stayed there at all on 24th,stayed at family place, and I'm hoping I get a resolution according to my satisfaction and yours, and stop people booking this place, pls do the right thing, and i will dispute this all the way, it doesn't reflect a good picture for booking.com, especially i because i have used booking.com alot of times, my humble request to look into this matter with utmost professionalism,.

What I didn't like was the review I had to read that looked down on this apartment. Please if you are searching for a 5star resort pay the price to enjoy. Don't pay cheap and expect a 5 star service. It doesn't work that way!!!!

Mold all over the premises. Mold inside bathroom. Dirty & mouldy fridge. Used soap given for usage. Stain on bedsheets and ironing board. Unsafe wires hanging off wall sockets. Broken bed. No hand towels supplied !
False advertising for dining area - no dining area in room.
Nothing as shown on Booking.com pictures.
The whole place is an absolute wreck.
