În primul rând amabilitatea hotelierului , dorința lui firească de a te ajuta in orice problemă. Și am avut nevoie . Probleme cu mașina. Chiar dacă a fost vineri , a dat telefoane pină a găsit mecanic care a venit , a constatat , a luat-o și a adus - o reparată. Clar s-au ales cu un nou client
