Convenient for a Samokov stay !
Pros:

It’s not the Ritz but it’s very clean and lift to rooms with good water pressure in shower and heating/balcony rooms is a great option.

Too hot in the restaurant room!

Perfect
Pros:

Very good location, the restaurant offers a good menu and the prices are normal. Clean and warm rooms. The staff is very friendly and polite. I really enjoyed. Also is very close to Borovetz for skiing and snowboarding. Near to the nice park and shopping centre.

Pros:

J’ai bien aimé l’accueil, les gens qui travaillent à la réception, et l’ambiance dans le restaurant.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment insuffisant. J’ai dû aller à Lidl pour le compléter. Ils étalent des oranges devant le bar, le matin, mais elles sont payantes. Malgré mon souhait, j’ai dû manger aussi le soir au restaurant, et tout est congelé, les places sont vraiment peu digne de la cuisine bulgare.
Les rideaux étaient cassés dans la chambre.
