コンビニや市場も近かったので、助かりました。

Cons:

テーブルの端端に埃、テレビのリモコン電池が切れかけなのか、なかなか作動せず。
洗面台が一つしかないので、鏡や化粧台があれば助かりました。

仲良しグループに最適！！
Pros:

部屋の数が多いのでグループ旅行でも寝る時はプライバシーが守られるのが良かったです。
リビングダイニングも広々としていて友人と団欒を楽しめました。
マンションタイプなので洗濯機やキッチンが自由に使えるのがとても助かりました。
また、フロントが無人ではあるものの予約時やチェックイン前、チェックアウト前にメッセージで必要な情報をこまめに送っていただけたのも安心しました。

立地としてはすすきの等の繁華街からは少し歩きますが
酔い覚ましや食べ過ぎた分を消費するのにちょうど良いです。
近くにコンビニもあるので困りません。

Cons:

外国人を含むメンバーで宿泊したことが原因かもしれませんが
チェックイン時に宿泊者全員が揃っていないと入室出来ないシステムのようで
時間差でホテルに集まった私たちは困惑しました。
ただ緊急連絡先に電話をするとすぐに対応していただけたので事なきを得ました。

Super spacious
Pros:

Very spacious for a group of 8 people. Despite the building's slightly drab outer appearance, the apartment itself is very clean and pleasant to be in. 4 separate bedrooms and a living room provides a lot of space for both sleep and day activities.

Facilities were great. The washing machine and toilet were very nice, and the host was very responsive when requesting assistance.

About a 9 minute walk from "Bus Centre Mae" station, which is quite close to Odori and Sapporo stations.

Cons:

Only a minor point, but the building itself prior to entering the apartment can be a bit cramped, especially during the check-in step where we all needed to take a picture of ourselves holding our passports.

A 9 minute walk from the closest station isn't that bad, but it can be something to keep in mind, especially since Sapporo in mid-December has a lot of the pavements covered with a layer of slippery ice.

A few simple guides on how to operate the washing machine and hot water would be nice to have, because they may be confusing for foreign tourists.

Pros:

空間大，一家人一起住，都可以有自己的私人空間。可以洗衣服，旅行衣物可以不用帶太多。周圍有很多超商，很方便補給

Cons:

曬衣架有，但是不多，幸好有自備曬衣架，樓層隔板較薄，樓上走動和大聲說話會聽到聲音

ゆっくりと　くつろげるところ
気を使うことがなく、とにかく楽です

Cons:

周辺が少し暗くて、女性１人で夜に来るとしたら少し不安になりそうです

全員同時にチェックインしない時、少しわかりずらいと思います。

ファミリーやグループで使うのにはコスパも良し！
Pros:

繁華街まで1.6キロ位だったので徒歩圏内で観光も出来て良かったです。リビングダイニングも広くおしゃれで寝室は4部屋あったので、それぞれ個室で使えて良かったです。

Cons:

敷布団が薄かったのでもう少し厚めだと良かったなと思います。
建物真横にタイムズがあるのですが、今どき支払いが現金オンリーで、しかも旧札にしか対応していないので注意です。

Large, clean and convenient property in Sapporo, close to lively areas and with clear communication.
Pros:

PINN-S4E5 is a large and comfortable apartment, that is good for those traveling in groups. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Communication was clear and easy to follow. There were a lot of English directions which would make understanding the kitchen very easy, but we had several native Japanese speakers in our group. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are several convenience stories nearby. It is a very easy walk to Nijo market and the lively Susukino area. Would recommend this property to those visiting Sapporo.

Cons:

We really loved the location as it was convenient and very quiet. It was right next to the Toyohira river, which had a really picturesque walking path. For those who don't like walking it could a little off the beaten track. We would have liked a couch in the living room, which would have been a little more comfortable, but the coffee table and floor chairs were pretty nice. Overall, minor feedback for a nice and well run apartment. Would definitely stay here again!
