The worst experience I’ve ever had, after booking I contacted them to see if I can check in early and I was informed the room is available and I can check in as early as 6am. I showed up at 11am, they told me my booking is not showing there are fully booked and I have to wait till 4pm if someone checks out and I might not have the room with the spa bath which I booked. Then I discovered the person at the front desk is just a housekeeper not the agent and doesn’t know how to check my booking and then after contacting booking.com, they tried to call the hotel 3 times but no one answered (of course he is not going to answer because he’s not supposed to be there) and so they had to email the hotel and I was informed I have to wait till 4pm so the can cancel free of charge and book me another hotel because the hotel did not answer my request on booking.com and it was over the phone and I don’t have physical proof. I went back and asked the housekeeper to check the email and he didn’t and told me to wait till 1pm and he will call the rooms and see if any one will check out and let me know. He did not contact me until I contacted him at 3:40pm and told me someone will check out in 30min which is passed 4pm and I can check in at 5pm which is 11hours after the earliest time they told me I can check in (6am).
