The one staff member was very good. The room was comfy but that’s all that it had.

The bathroom smelt of mould. And the shower head looked like an advert for legionnaires disease if i Hadn’t cycled 60 miles I would have just waited till the next day.

The town has no good food and the hotel wasn’t serving food.

Breakfast was exspensive and genuinely terrible.

What looked like a great deal should have been half the orice due to how unloved the whole place was and how awful the customer satisfaction could ever be.

We were only guest, pools were shut down, bar and restaurants closed. Bed was super hard very uncomfortable, an army of aints march through room. Only one hard kind of pillow, lamp broken, shower full of build up from very hard water....more a one star then 4 star hotel, 5 km away from town in middle of nowhere

Prachtige accommodatie, echter sfeerloos, kil.
Pros:

Het complex is prachtig, maar er is totaal geen sfeer. Het voelde alsof we in een door God verlaten oord waren. Er was totaal geen sfeer en dat is toch het allerbelangrijkst, dat een hotel sfeer uitstraalt.

Pros:

Beautiful building. For a wedding/event must be excellent. Quiet location. Reform is excellent.
Beds were very hard. Restaurant wasn't open for evening meal when we arrived and bars in local town were ok but not great.
