Wonderful Strip view and access in a spacious apartment. Great stay in an amazing city.
Pros:

Great location, spacious and clean apartment with wonderful Strip view (honors its name) and access (less than 200 m). We were a group of 5 and there were more than enough beds. The apartment was clean and the host always available for questions. Thank you.

Cons:

Only one minor thing that could be easily fixed: the apartment lacks a bit of light for the night. Maybe adding some lights would make it perfect.

Pros:

I love this hotel and always stay here. The rooms are spacious, with kitchens, good quality tableware, and everything you need. The location is very convenient! The view from the windows is wonderful!

Un horror solo se salva la ubicacion

Cons:

La haitacion oscura mal iluminada. Ventana verrada hermeticamente no se poda respirar. Olorrrrrrrrr insufrible aun comprando ambientador de olores no se podia estar. Un horror. Utensillos de cocina q dan asco plato de plástico todo sucio. No los recomiendo no quetiamos ir del olor que habia no se podia abrir la ventana para ventilar. Todo antiguo y sucio

Not gonna go with the private owner my next stay.

Cons:

Housekeeping was not available when we requested for towels, toilet paper, coffee supplies . Housekeeping wasn’t available, because of private owner. Wasn’t happy with the service. I like the Resort because of the location and never had problems with the years we stayed there with the resort.

Pros:

景色が素晴らしかった。部屋の紹介には書かれていなかった電気ケトルがあって重宝した。ソファベッド用の掛布団は薄い毛布しかなかったため、せめて直接肌に触れないために、こちらの予約した時のメッセージ機能から連絡したら即シーツを届けてくれました。その他、タオルやトイレットペーパーも連絡したらすぐに届けてくれました。ありがとう。
ハウスキーピングは付いていないので、自分でゴミを捨てます。すぐ近くにゴミのシューターがあり便利だった。

Cons:

部屋の紹介に食洗器があると書かれていましたが、実際にはなかったのがすごく残念でした。手と爪が荒れました。
箱のティシュは一つもなく、連絡して届けると連絡があったが結局届かなかった。ソファベッドは寝返ると壊れそうな音がします。

The property was bad , toilets wasn’t working. Booked a 3 bedroom apt instead when we reached there they gave us 1 bedroom for 6 people and said that we booked for it. When we spoke to the host, he was very rude and asked me to talk to booking.com. Staff didnt offer to help, very rude.

Cons:

The room was depressing,had issues with tv was told the room didn’t belong to jockey club, beds were uncomfortable, restroom tub was dirty had mildew, no phone, ironing board was broken, and the sofa bed would sink in. I am so disappointed I’m diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety this was just the worst experience I’ve had in Las Vegas I felt like we were given the filthiest room they had, I’ll be careful next time I book and I’ve paid less in other properties with excellence services i will not book here ever again.

Pros:

Location is great

Cons:

House keeping service. You have to make request for towels, tissue paper, coffee etc a day prior to receive them at 11am the next day. We couldn't drink coffee in the apartment for 2days due to this.

Getting our luggage in storage after check out was also traumatizing. Our limo had to wait for almost 20mins. The security staff wasn't helpful at all. He just told us he had sent a text to the bell boy and that we should wait till whenever he showed up. I begged him to call but he refused.
