Everything but especially the staff. We couldn't recommend here more - a lovely hotel, in a great location, with large rooms and a comfortable bed. We joined one of the free tours which was really interesting. The highlight by far though are the staff, and in particular the four girls at the front desk. Friendly, attentive and always with a big welcoming smile, they truly made our stay so special!

Our stay at this hotel was truly the best experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hotel and its wonderful staff made us feel welcomed and helped us experience the true spirit of Hoi An.
The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thank you to Sunny, Min, Ivy, and Gravy for their kindness and professionalism, they made our stay even more memorable. We would also like to thank our amazing guides, Bao and Cindy, who helped us learn so much about the ancient town and made our visit even more meaningful.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, always fresh, and offered a great start to the day. Our room was beautiful, traditional in style, and very comfortable, which made relaxing after exploring Hoi An a real pleasure.
Everything about this hotel, from the atmosphere to the people, made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to truly experience the beauty and culture of Hoi An.

At the front desk, Spring gave us a very detailed introduction to Hoi An and recommended some great activities. Thanks to her suggestions, we had wonderful experiences at a local restaurant and the coconut boat ride. Other staff members like Ivy, Sunny, Min, and Gavy were also incredibly kind and welcoming. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very well taken care of.

We stayed in a ground-floor room, and it smelled fresh and clean. The facilities in the room were very complete, and the hotel even provided umbrellas, which was really convenient.

The location is fantastic—right in the Old Town. It’s easy to walk everywhere, so we could step out and explore anytime without needing a taxi. The surrounding streets are full of charming souvenir shops and great restaurants.

Breakfast was also excellent. There was a great variety, and we could choose our own main course along with some local dishes. They also had fresh fruit and juice every morning. We tried the local noodles and banh mi, and both were really delicious. Such a great breakfast to start the day.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, and if I come back to Hoi An in the future, I would happily stay here again.

This was a wonderful hotel in Hoi An, the best service from the staff we have had in Vietnam! It’s a beautiful hotel, the tours organised by the team are fantastic and give you a really authentic experience of local people in Vietnam, we did the free walking tour and cycling tour and loved both. The staff are what makes the hotel though, we can’t thank them enough for making our stay so memorable!

I will definitely choose Hoianese Tranquil Heritage Hotel again if I have the chance to revisit Hoi An.

Its location, within walking distance of Hoi An Old Town, makes it super convenient to reach all the travel spots. The team provided outstanding hospitality and friendly service throughout our stay. Besides arranging airport pick-up and booking a cooking class tour, they also gave us many helpful travel tips — including how to get a proper lantern boat ticket and which foods to try in Hoi An. To our delight, they even made us Vietnamese coffee free of charge when we were craving it.

What impressed us most was the warmth of the staff. Without fail, every single person — even the cleaners — greeted us each morning with a smile.

I would like to give special thanks to Sunny, Min, Ivy, and Gavy for taking such good care of us during our five-day stay in Hoi An.

We spent four nights in this delightful boutique hotel in the heart of the old city. Everything was perfect, especially the staff, with Min and Ivy taking care of our every need. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and charming and comfortable. This isn’t a big corporate chain, it’s very personal and authentic and everything is managed with care.

This was by far my favorite place of my Vietnam trip. The location, the room, the free walking tour.

The breakfast!! It was so so soooo good.

Great location, not far from old town but far enough away from the noise and business. I’m so glad we stayed just on the edge but only a few minutes walk to everything we needed. It was far too busy and noisy nearer. This has been our favourite place to stay so far on our Vietnam travels. The staff are super friendly and very informative, taking time to explain the area and history to you, as well as offer advice on where to go/trips etc without pressuring to buy from them. They remember your names and can’t help you enough. Room was ample, could sometimes hear others walking up the stairs due to our location but not enough to keep us awake. Good air con. Felt far more personal here than other hotels we have been to. Highly recommend and would stay again. Special mention to Sunny, Ivy, Min and Gavy, who all went out to their way to make our stay great.

Hôtel très bien placé. La conférence historique associée à la chambre en soirée et la visite le matin de la vielle ville sont à ne pas manquer car de grande qualité. Un vrai plus.
