Hoianese Tranquil Heritage Hotel - Truly Cultural Immersion

If I could rate this property 100 stars I would. By far my most favourite place I have ever stayed in all of the countries and hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff, Ivy, Min and Sunny, became like family the moment we stepped inside. So helpful, so kind and so full of information that helped us make the most of our time in Hoi An. It’s a very short walk into the market and lantern boats, the beds are comfy and the breakfast amazing. We will definitely be back and 100% recommended this hotel to everyone. Thank you Ivy, Min and Sunny!

Location was superb and all the staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs!!! THEY ARE THE BEST plus wifi is good and free coffee is 10000% to try! overall- it was one of the best experience- the PEOPLE and the STAFF are well trained, and very accommodating!!!

I initially switched to this hotel just to extend my stay for a couple of days while my clothes were being finished. Instead, it ended up being one of the best parts of my time in Hoi An.
First and foremost, the staff exceeded every expectation. Sunny, Minh, Gavy, and Anna were the four receptionists I met during my stay, and each of them went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.
Unfortunately, I was involved in a motorbike accident while in Hoi An. My Grab driver was hit by a careless, and probably drunk, foreigner. The injuries and soreness really put a cloud over my time there. Looking back, I feel incredibly fortunate that I chose this hotel to extend my stay because of these four wonderful women.
Gavy and Minh personally helped arrange to have my clothes delivered to the hotel so I didn’t have to make another trip while recovering. I had no idea that was even an option if they hadn’t offered to help. All four ladies recommended nearby places to eat and drink so I didn’t have to walk far, helped me with my bags, and made me feel completely at home while I was hobbling around for a few days.
As I’m still traveling in Vietnam while writing this, I’m still filled with gratitude for the kindness and hospitality they showed me. Even the housekeeper, who I never really had the chance to talk to, greeted me every day with the brightest, warmest smile. The entire staff clearly takes pride in what they do, and that’s something I really admired.
Aside from the people, the room was exceptionally clean and spacious, the water pressure was excellent, and the location is perfect…close enough to Ancient Town to walk, but far enough away to enjoy a quieter stay.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and I’ll genuinely remember the kindness of the staff long after I leave Vietnam.

The staff absolutely made this place a definite return venue. Gavy and Min were especially helpful with information and recommendations and wonderfully smiley welcomes whenever we returned. It was peaceful and very well located

A small, quiet and very beautiful building right in the heart of Hoi An. What makes this hotel even more exceptional is the staff, who without exception were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and if you stay here do not miss the talk on 20th C Vietnamese history offered to guests! I could not have enjoyed my stay here more than I did.

Friendly & helpful staffs, their knowledgable about the culture & history of Hoi An. The hotel also has a lot of tours including a free one for guests :)
