Overall good for the money, beach front
Pros:

Location, view from the window, easy going facility, friendly staff.

Cons:

Our car was( someone took cover from the car glass on the side) damaged in the parking lot, lazy security guy, who works at the parking at front of the door, who showed a little interest in anything. Main problem is coldwater in the pool, they could hit it up a bit, and they would have more satisfied customers….

Lovely Hotel, lots of good things about it. Just a few improvements to make peoples stay even better
Pros:

The Hotel is in a lovely location, the rooms are lovely. There is a good choice of food and drink and plenty going on in the Hotel activities etc.

Cons:

The entertainment in the evening starts around 7.30 for kids and then 8pm there is a singer. Dinner starts at 6.30pm and we went there for that time. We then went up to the Lobby where the entertainment was. It was a struggle to get somewhere to sit and we had to try and get chairs from outside. There is just not enough places for people to sit in the only area where the entertainment is. Also our room was on the 3rd floor, the entertainment and lobby was a few floors down (0). It was so loud, it was hard to sleep. We had noise up until midnight at least most nights. I know people are on holiday and want to stay up and enjoy themselves, but for families with young children, it would be very hard to get them to sleep. There is a Family Lounge downstairs where you have to pay extra to go in, kind of an upgrade even though everything is all inclusive. It would be better for the evening entertainment to be down there, well away from the rooms.
