Buraya gelmemenizi tavsiye ederim. Fotoğraflar gerçeği yansıtmıyor, “her şey dahil” konsepti söylendiği gibi değil. Bana verilen oda kötü kokuyordu ve banyo son derece kirliydi. Balkon için ise gerçekten söylenecek bir şey bulamıyorum… Orada bir gece bile kalmak mümkün değildi

I stayed at lauren family hotel while having dental treatment
The hotel staff were lovely friendly and catered for all my needs.
The food was amazing a good variety daily the soups were so good.
I felt very relaxed and safe as it was not a very big busy hotel.
I met some lovely people also having dental work done which made my stay more comfortable.
The pool was amazing and the relaxed atmosphere was superb
The room was ok but have to balcony was tiny.
The shower was amazing.
I would definitely reccomend Lauren family hotel if you need relaxation.

Aslında otel wc yerler mobilyalar vesaire yeni ve temizdi fakat havlu ve çarşaflar için aynı yorumu yapamayacağız.Lekelilerde çok bariz bir şekilde yeni istedik onlarda lekeliydi. Kendi eşyalarımızdan elbise havlu serip üstüne yatıp uyuduk.
Ayrıca denize sıfır bir otel değil. Denize yakın fakat plaj yani girilebilinecek sahile uzak.Servisleri var anlaşmalı beach e götürüyor fakat oda 13:15 te bitiyor.
Kahvaltısı iyi idi herşey fazlası ile vardı. Servis imkanlarını çoğaltıp tekstil ürünlerinde temizlik sağlayabilirlerse tercih edilebilinir.

The staff are very friendly and helpful when required.
The hotel, accommodation and pool areas are kept very clean

I could go on and on my experience here…but let’s just say people spend your money elsewhere …so many issues with this place …front staff (one in particular called orhan) that did not want to be bothered with any questions…complete lack of customer service and really needs to be evaluated ….another individual nacmi was pleasant and was genuinely trying to help to the best of his abilities….money that was paid for this hotel was a complete ripoff ….
No hot water till the last night before checking out …electricity seemed to be going off intermittently …hallways smelled of smoke, cleaning ladies were very nice…one tiny elevator …prepare to wait for it …ac had to be fixed a couple of times…broken amenities in washroom…hair dryer stopped working ….shoukd i go on?? Buffet was decent and just ok …it’s not really all inclusive …specific times for each meal period …butter being told is finished at dinner time until pressing the girl and she then brings it out ….

The aesthetics look good from the outside but there are serious flaws with things going on there …wanted to use hot tub but hot water was gone again due to some electrical issue

Truly disappointed and feel cheated by this hotel …I HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS HOTEL MANAGER…no compensation was given or refund after complaining numerous times ….i received a fruit tray …a nice gesture but that does not do anything sorry.

At least it was clean. But all inclusive is not even all inclusive, you have to pay for ice cream and certain spa treatments. The food is limited choice as is a boutique hotel, the staff do not want to help. Our room had several issues such as the hot tub stank when we tried to use it and didn’t work, the staff were unbothered and do not go out of their way to help you. It’s not worth the all inclusive here. Wifi went down a few times, pool is small and closes at 7pm.

The hotel and staff were lovely! Always helpful.
Food was good for all inclusive and so was the drinks. Waiters constantly asking if you need anything! Rooms were nice and everything worked. Receiption was amazing always polite and helpful. Pool and loungers were perfect. Would definitely go again.

We arrived at the hotel all staff were friendly kitchen was closed but they ordered pizza from outside the hotel. First night realised air conditioning wasn’t working lovely manager called Leyla at reception give us options on another room. All the rooms are beautiful food is lovely staff are super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend we’re coming back in august ☺️

Chose this Hotel and payed extra to stay here All Inclusive, while my Son had dental treatment close by. Reading latest reviews seemed quite good out of our options.

Arrived around 10.30pm and the room they had set for us was not the one we had asked for (we had asked for twin room with a balcony) luckily another guest arrived at the same time alone at the last minute, so they swapped our rooms. They advised if we went down in the morning they may be able to change our room but it would be a smaller room!! (I did say is that possible?)

Although the restaurant says it is open 11.30pm - 12pm this was not the case (it was never open then). They did begrudgingly give soup and bread when complained to. All inclusive for drinks ends at 11pm on the dot, even if you have been at reception trying to check in for ages.

Room very small, bed hard, fridge not working, safe extra to pay for, decent shower, clean.

Breakfast cooked food choice limited, and lukewarm, although fresh cooked omelettes were nice. Fresh squeezed orange juice extra 4euros even for All Inclusive, there own included juices were poor.

Lunch and Dinner, again limited choice, but better than Breakfast. Soup was normally nice and tasty. What food they did get right was often lukewarm. Buttered rice and a pasta dish was often on offer and filled a gap.

Late night food was never open as already stated but if asked for soup could be had.

All inclusive drinks were pretty standard for All Inclusive, wine, beer, spirits, non alcoholic drinks.

Bottled Beer, Fresh Fruit Juice, Cocktails, Ice-cream, Safe, all extra.

Pool area small but nice, although the pool bar was never open....

Reception Area well looked after and clean.

Even though we didn't finish check in until gone 11pm on our first day, on our check out day at 12 noon the all inclusive was no longer included. This may be normal for Turkey?? But everywhere else I have been the food and drink would be included until pick up time to the Airport.

Drink and food options expensive, far better to have a short walk and go elsewhere for both.

Staff are ok if you are friendly and don't question any of the rules/problems. Sadly my son who was under stress and in pain when argued the All Inclusive points was told it wasn't their problem. Staff are not willing to discuss issues.

A nice hotel with very friendly helpful staff very handy for everything, shops, restaurants the seafront most of the people that stay here have come for surgery or dental work, the food is nice. I would recommend the spa downstairs. The rooms are quite dark are clean and tidy and it was had a lovely shower.

Loved this hotel. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, waterfront path and the Duden Waterfalls. Modern lobby and pool area with good music playing all day, great atmosphere. The service was awesome, very friendly people at the bar, the managers, the restaurant staff. Rooms are clean and modern, the bed is comfy, BEST shower I have ever had, rain head and handheld with excellent water pressure. I was there for medical vacation and they accomodated my needs perfectly.

Smaller hotel with several stay options including just room, BB up to full board. The restaurant is buffet style with a little side menu you can order from for extra costs. The buffet has several options although for Turkey hotels I've stayed at this hotel does have a smaller service. Interestingly the pictures on the website are not of the buffet area as it currently stands and appears to be much bigger. Food service is also over several hours allowing for a more leisurely stay. Hotel has a small bar and lounge area right next to a nice outside pool and outdoor area. Rooms are comfortable although bits are looking a little dated. I did receive 2 bottles of water everyday as well as tea and coffee. Room has a small exroom service fridge. And a safe that you have to pay extra for and is not even screwed down so pretty pointless. Rooms have a large shower and nice bathroom. Every room. Has a balcony although it's almost impossible to sit on as it's so small, and the railing was suspect due to being loose. Bed was comfortable and there is a large fat screen tv although hotel states satellite service and I could find zero international channels and gave up. Hotel does have wifi that works pretty well through out. Hotel also offers a spa are in the basement that was again small but some services were included. Hotel is used widely by British tourists and is advertised pretty cheaply in tour travel brochures and this could put off a few traveller's. Hotel is a good value and Turkey is pretty cheap for taxi/Uber to get around. Many tours also pickup from this property. I would rate Room 4/5 food 3/5 location 4/5 property 3.5/5 ambience 3/5 service 5/5. Most employees speak some English to get by, Although the 2 or 3 men working the front desk during the day seem more mafia than welcoming concierge. On arrival we was giving no information then going to our room wasn’t to bad but wasn’t the cleanest … The information stated of facilities available is not true no entertainment as stated the spa was filthy nothing working and wasn’t much of a spa
There food is disgraceful
There wine fridge was permanently empty meaning anyone wanted white wine or prosecco they said was out of stock waiting delivery but 4 days in still the same no sun loungers to sit round the pool Staff where rude

This hotel is simply exemplary. The staff are the best and most professional that I have come across, they are all so friendly and helpful. Everything is spotless and constantly cleaned, the rooms are very good too. As for the food, I only had the breakfast whilst here and that was perfect. It is so filling that you hardly need to eat much for a long while. As I've already said that all the staff are the best and most professional but the hotel manager Necmi gets a special mention as he helped us out of a very sticky situation, when a dental clinic was attempting to rip us off for excess charges, and he realised this. I would advise anyone of thinking of staying here, to just do it. You won't regret it! 10 out of 10
