Great stay.
Pros:

Nice, clean, good breakfast, kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

I landed after traveling for 26 hours and it was tricky finding the hotel at first. You have to go to the second story and there wasn’t a large sign on the street.

Pros:

The pace is ok (as for the business trip), they don't have any parking, it's just a public one. Staff is okay, friendly, minding you but nothing else. Place is dark, room is small, a bit swamps smelly from the bathroom

Pros:

Very central and nice surroundings

Cons:

At first sight when you enter the room, it looks fancy. However, if you take a closer look then you see that the interior of the room has aged a lot. Looks more like a 3 star hotel and needs a facelift. The shower cabin itself seems to not have sufficient ventilation so that it can smell prior to using the water.
Staff at reception can be a little more friendly and less pushy

Great location but no view
Pros:

Location and the fact that there is a toilette shower

Cons:

Staff were not accommodating. I complained about the AC and they insisted it’s on 17 degrees. For sure it was not working. Also the room has no view at all.
