Pros:

Basic and the hotel is old Soviet era that needs massive improvement. The heating was “rationed” to the extent that the room was cold at night .
You pay for what you get.

Pros:

Il n'y avait pas d'air climatisé dans la chambre. Il a fait plus de 30 degrés durant le jour.

Le bâtiment est vieux et très défraichi.
