Pros:

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα για την τιμή του είχαμε βέβαια μηχανάκι διότι με τα μέσα πρέπει να περπατήσεις 15 λεπτά για το μετρό

Cons:

Το μονο μικρό αρνητικό ήταν το πρωινό έχει επιλογές αλλά ειναι ασιατικό και καθόλου ευρωπαϊκό

Good experience overall
Pros:

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Locations is convenient, there’s a 7-eleven is next to the hotel. Also, quite despite it being in the center.
The staff was nice

Cons:

Breakfast has mostly Thai options
No coffee machine available
The pool was nice but it’s mostly in the shade. Also, only one sun bed available so difficult to go there and chill.
Wouldn’t call this a 4 star experience

Colazione poco variegata e non all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle.
La piscina era sprovvista di lettini e inserita in un contesto poco piacevole(sotto l’autostrada).
Nel complesso la struttura risulta un po’ decadente ma tutto sommato se non si hanno grosse pretese va anche bene.

Unhelpful receptionist

The hotel was within 20-30 minutes distance from shopping centres and MBK mall.

Cons:

We arrived very early in the morning after an 8-hour flight and nearly 24 hours without sleep. Prior to arrival, I had emailed the hotel several days in advance to request early check-in, but I never received any response.

When we arrived, the receptionist informed us that the hotel was fully booked and that early check-in was not possible. We explained our situation and even offered to pay for an additional night just so we could rest for a few hours. Instead of assisting us, the receptionist dismissed us and essentially shooed us away.

With no other option, we ended up sleeping on the reception couch.

What was disappointing is that shortly after, we saw other guests arriving and being allowed to early check in. Eventually, another receptionist came on duty, he was professional and helpful. He offered us early check-in at 100 baht per early hour, which we accepted. This is something that could have been communicated to us from the beginning.

The lack of communication before arrival and the initial unprofessional handling of the situation left a very poor first impression. Thankfully, the second receptionist handled the matter much better.

Het ontbijt was niet geschikt als je veganistisch bent. Het ov was niet in de buurt (hadden we kunnen weten). Eten in het restaurant viel tegen. Geen sfeer, beperkte keuze en niet zo lekker. Er zaten ook niet veel alternatieven in de buurt
