Excellent!
Pros:

We have chosen Aqua Fantasy Aquapark Hotel & Spa for our family holiday for the past two years in a row. Both stays have been wonderful experiences, and once again, we left extremely happy and satisfied.

The rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable. The internet connection is also excellent, with fast and reliable Wi-Fi not only in the rooms but throughout the entire hotel.

One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is the professional, friendly, and helpful attitude of nearly every member of staff. From the reception and housekeeping teams to the restaurant and bar staff, pool attendants, and the lovely people at the Kids Club, we would like to thank each and every one of you for making our stay so enjoyable.

During our holidays here, our children truly feel at home. Seeing them happy, comfortable, and safe is priceless to us.

Aqua Fantasy Aquapark Hotel & Spa will undoubtedly remain our favourite choice for next summer. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team (especially to Nursima, Nisa, Kubra, Hasan,..) for their wonderful hospitality and for helping us create such beautiful family memories. Not worth half the money
Cons:

Pools and Aquapark close very early. Food quality and variuty was very poor and so was the animation program.

Die Unterkunft ist maximal ein 3 Sterne Hotel.
Wir haben extra ein Babybett bestellt, dieses kam zu spät und war defekt. (Brach mitten in der Nacht zusammen). Das Personal kennt sich im eigenen Hotel nicht aus und spricht nur teilweise Englisch. (Wussten nicht wo die eigenen Restaurants im Hotel sind)
Die Pools sind teilweise ungepflegt. Der Garten ist absolut lieblos und ungepflegt. Das Essen ist täglich das gleiche.
Der Strand ist verschmutzt und wird nicht gepflegt.
Die Öffnungszeiten sind teilweise eine Frechheit. Welcher Wasserpark schließt um 17:30?
Die Pools und die Poolbar schließen um 18:00.
Das Indoorpool war überhaupt komplett geschlossen.
Die Anlage allgemein ist nicht schön und ungepflegt.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Aqua Fantasy Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Das Essen war jeden Tag frisch, abwechslungsreich und von sehr guter Qualität. Besonders begeistert waren unsere Kinder vom Kinderbuffet, es gab eine tolle Auswahl und sie haben sich jeden Tag darauf gefreut.
Auch die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt und war immer in einem einwandfreien Zustand.
Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Leider hatten wir jedoch ein sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis mit einem Taxi, das über den Taxistand beim Hotel gerufen wurde.
Wir sind während unseres Urlaubs mehrmals mit dem Taxi in die Stadt gefahren und haben jedes Mal zwischen 600 und 680 TL bezahlt. Bei einer Fahrt verlangte der Fahrer plötzlich zuerst 1.200 TL, später 1.000 TL. Er behauptete, es gäbe eine Vereinbarung mit dem Hotel und deshalb müsse ein Zuschlag bezahlt werden. Anschliessend erklärte er, weil das Taxi ausserhalb von Kuşadası komme, würden zusätzlich 50 % berechnet.
Nach unserer Rückkehr erkundigten wir uns beim Hotel. Frau Büsra vom Gästeservice hat den Sachverhalt professionell aufgeklärt und bestätigt, dass es keine Preisvereinbarung zwischen dem Hotel und dem Taxistand gibt. Die Zusammenarbeit besteht lediglich darin, dass Gäste schneller ein Taxi erhalten und nicht lange warten müssen.
Als ich ankündigte, das Kontrollschild des Taxis zu fotografieren und den Vorfall zu melden, drohte mir der Fahrer sogar damit, mich anzuzeigen. Ein solches Verhalten gegenüber Touristen ist absolut inakzeptabel.
Ein grosses Lob an Frau Büsra für ihre freundliche und kompetente Unterstützung. Sie empfahl mir, den Vorfall an CİMER zu melden. Da dies ohne e-Devlet-Zugang für Touristen schwierig ist, habe ich stattdessen Kontakt mit dem Hemşehri İletişim Merkezi der Stadt İzmir aufgenommen und den Vorfall dort gemeldet.
Mir geht es nicht um die zusätzlichen 300 TL. Davon wird der Fahrer nicht reich und ich nicht arm. Es geht einzig und allein ums Prinzip. Ich hoffe, dass künftig keine anderen Hotelgäste oder Touristen auf diese Weise getäuscht werden.

Fantastic, highly recomended.
Pros:

Absolutely loved every single moment of our stay – it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely fantastic and incredibly delicious; every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making dining there a real highlight of our trip.

What really stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely cooperative. We arrived unexpectedly early at around 8:00 AM, even though the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, and we were prepared to wait. To our pleasant surprise, they went out of their way to accommodate us and allowed us an early check-in without any hassle.

That kind of thoughtful service really sets this place apart. It made us feel valued and at home immediately. The entire atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a memorable stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Five stars well deserved and worth every penny. Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so special and stress-free, we left with beautiful memories. Can't wait to visit again soon with family and friends for another stay.

Unfussy accommodations featuring excellent water park
Pros:

Very comfortable and spacious room for family holiday. Service upon check in was great. No frills all inclusive that’s main attraction was the included water park, which was great. Pools on property were also enjoyable. Beach access was best along that strip! Food was not as good as other TUI Blue resorts we’ve stayed at but was good. Steak restaurant was fantastic. Really enjoyed the water park and the family time.

Cons:

Self service at main restaurant. Coffee bar hours limited. Non alcoholic drink options very limited.

Enjoyable but too crowded due to our stay coinciding with a religious festival.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, went above and beyond to help. Al a cart restaurants had very nice quality food. Adult pool was beautiful but we could not spend much time there as our well behaved 16 year old son was not allowed to enter.

Cons:

Buffet was extremly crowded. Wine was never cold enough (except at the al a carte restaurants). It was impossible to get a good coffee. Coffee machines at breakfast were regularly breaking and even the barista coffee at the pattisserie wasn't great.
