Pros:

Из "+" отеля, персонал, семейный номер люкс, был достаточно просторный для 5 человек. Отличная анимация и питание на хорошем уровне. Большой аквапарк, есть где развлечься взрослым и детям.
Хорошая уборка, даже если в течении дня, не удалось убрать номер, это можно сделать позже.

Cons:

Из "-" могу отметить, мокро/скользко у бассейна в течении дня. За этим не следят.
В аквапарк вход с едой и напитками запрещён. Проверяют сумки. На территории аквапарка свои точки питания, которые не включены в систему All отеля.
Иногда, можно остаться на завтрак без жареных яиц, потому как, их долго жарят и подача через высокое стекло, крайне не удобна для поворов и отдыхающих.
Минус пляж. Акцент отеля сделан на бассейне и аквапарке. Пляж не большой. Шезлонгов крайне мало. Море мелкое, не прозрачное. Кататься на чем либо можно. Но это не то место, где можно долго и с удовольствием купаться целый день.

Pros:

I liked the staff's kindness and helpfulness. Also the a la carte restaurants were very nice.

Cons:

There is room for improvement in the food buffets. Sometimes there is nice food at the grill like fish etc but it quickly disappears and then we should wait long (if more is coming at all) or pick something different.

Pros:

We were staying with family for the second time, this time in a larger accommodation. The room was very clean and had good sound insulation. We also appreciated the fruit plate prepared to celebrate our arrival.

The staff were friendly, responsible, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Buket, the barista at Thea’s Café, who was very nice and provided excellent service.

We really enjoyed the aquapark, which has a great variety of slides. Several of the slides can even be used by four people at a time, which was a lot of fun. There is also a lazy river for a more relaxing water experience.

Safety is clearly a priority throughout the aquapark. All the slides have appropriate safety measures and safeguards, and the staff carefully follow the rules and explain them to guests before using the attractions.

There are also many pools for different purposes — quiet and active pools for adults, separate options for children, mixed pools, and pools with entertainment programmes. There is something for everyone.

We especially enjoyed the beautiful sea views and the pontoon area.

The restaurants offer a wide variety of delicious meals, for different taste preferences. I particularly liked the fact that, regardless of the time, there was always an opportunity to come and have something to eat.

Cons:

The only thing I found a little irritating was the number of flies when eating outdoors. It seemed to depend on the time of day, as there were more flies at certain times. Because of this, we sometimes preferred to eat in the kids’ buffet, which was fortunately usually empty.

Pros:

Amazing staff, the waterpark is excellent, and the pools are very good. Some nights entertainment was great. Food is generally good, but can be mixed. The beach is also excellent.

Cons:

The location is quite isolated, be prepared to travel if you get bored by the waterpark/ pool. The indoor pool was closed for renovation. The first night's sleep was heavily disrupted by drunken neighbours, but this was sorted quickly and professionally by the staff.

Pros:

Самое замечательное это пляж и волны, народу в разгар сезона немного, брали уроки серфинга, Красивое место, море, горы и сосны.
Также очень много вкусной еды, глаза разбегаются, рыба каждый день. Непонятно почему нет местных фруктов таких как инжир, везде его продают, но в отеле нет, к сожалению.
Аквапарк тоже достойный. Горок не так много, но достаточно для нескольких дней отдыха.
Персонал был очень любезен, и разрешил задержаться на час, когда мы не успевали выехать.
Номер был немного меньше ожидаемого, но в кровать была удобная, мебель приличная и хорошая сантехника.
Также в отеле есть доктор, сам не лечит, но отправляет в клинику (если у вас есть страховка, или придется оплатить), машина возит туда и обратно, удобно. Пришлось дважды воспользоваться.
Рядом с отелем ездят маршрутки, и можно доехать до Сельчука, Измира, Кушадасы. Не обязательно брать такси. Но услуга такси в отеле конечно есть.
Я бы хотела еще вернуться в этот отель с семьёй.

Cons:

Насекомые это минус. Отель тут конечно не причем, но хорошо бы в каждый номер положить фумигатор. Надо постоянно следить, чтоб насекомые не залетали в номер. Но они садятся на еду на террасе) еще кошки могут украсть вашу еду на террасе, имейте ввиду.

Aqua parkta içecek alabileceginiz yer yok icecek sokmak yasak 300-400 metre yuruyup dısardaki barda suyunuzu içeceginizi içiyorsunuz sıcakta yolda bir daha susarsanız geri donersiniz artık.
Kafeterya ve barlarda cok kalitesiz cerez kullanılıyor ,5 yıldızlı otele yakısmayan sekilde .

Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber, die Anlage wurde gepflegt. Der Strand war nahe und es wurde alles geboten. Der Wasserpark nebenan konnte ohne zubuchen genutzt werden.
Im Restaurant The Pearl kann man sehr lecker essen! Das Personal ist aufmerksam und wirklich auf zack! Kaum sind die leeren Teller am Tischrand, sind aie auch schon weg. Geschmacklich auch absolut zu empfehlen.
Bei Fragen kann das Personal schnell weiterhelfen.
Die Zimmer sind schön und auch ruhig. Es gibt mehrere Pools darunter auch einen nur für Erwachsene.

Cons:

Im Hauptrestaurant, The Oasis, war es ganz ok. Das Personal fragt zu Anfang nach Getränken und bringt diese dann. Mehr Service gibt es nicht. Die leeren Teller werden gekonnt ignoriert. Das Personal läuft mehrfach am Tisch vorbei ohne die Teller abzuräumen.
Mehrfach lagen Obststücke am Boden, nachdem einem Mitarbeiter dies auffiel, sagte er einem anderen Bescheid. Dieser stellte ein Schild darüber - Achtung rutschig. Ein weiterer Mitarbeiter kam und stieß dieses Schild mit einem Wagen um. Schob es dann mit dem Fuß zu Seite. Ergo - 3 Mitarbeiter für 1 Obststück und die Arbeit wurde nicht erledigt.

Die Hotelanlage ist doch sehr groß. Das sorgt in den ersten Tagen für Verwirrung.

Die Verkäufer in den Shops sind sehr unfreundlich. Meine 3 jährige Tochter wurde angeschrien als sie an meiner Hand war das sie nichts anfassen soll! Nur wenn gekauft wird.

Séjour vraiment très agréable
Pros:

- Chambre : très spacieuse, propre et agréable, avec un balcon propre également, une vue reposante.
La clim était particulièrement bien réglée (réglable également), peu bruyante, bien placée aussi donc pas de sensaion d'air froid qui vous arrive dessus quand elle fonctionne. C'est très appréciable la nuit notamment.
- Apéro : les cocktails des formules all inclusive sont très bons, originaux, bien préparés et joliment servis, et bien dosés (ce n'est pas de la flotte comme parfois dans les all inclusive).
- Repas : buffet assez fourni, avec à la fois des spécialités turques et des plats plus "européens". Contrairement à d'autre resort du même type, il y avait un effort de cuisine sur les plats chauds. Bcp de fruits coupés, très appréciables et plutôt bons. Petits dej' assez fournis également, sympa.
- Piscine : de très belles piscines et un complexe de toboggans aquatique assez dingue. Des piscines pas si bondées pour le monde présent donc c'est agréable. Piscine bien entretenues et peu abimées.
- Plage : accès à une plage avec transat qui jouxte l'hôtel. Très agréable aussi avec un bel espace de baignade surveillée. Plage qui descend très doucement donc top avec des enfants.

Cons:

- Bémol sur le restaurant principal : difficile de trouver une place le soir et le matin (nous étions 5) et la propreté des tables laisse franchement à désirer (toujours collantes, même redressées).
- Bémol sur les repas : hormis les desserts turcs, le reste des desserts restait quelconque. Bcp d'effets visuels mais un gout totalement plat et inintéressant.
- Gros gros bémol sur les transats de piscine réservés dès 7h le matin, donc pas d'autre choix que de procéder pareil si on veut en profiter. Dommage.
