The property is not bad but the service was very poor
The staff attitude to client was very unprofessional
good location to city center. its very clean and the staffs are prompt to answer. i have a Travelling Agency, I will sure recommend it to my clients.
I had an okay stay there, environment was good, room was clean, air-conditioning was working, there was water, bed was well laid, electricity was on throughout the night
I had an okay stay there but they need to improve on the beverages, I was told they don't offer sugar to customers, so I didn't have a choice of having my tea with or without, they made the choice for me. So I would advice when going take your beverages with you cos its all being rationed, you are expected to share a sachet between yourselves.

Location of the facility was great.
There was hot water to bath
The AC in the room do not work and all we had all night is a standing fan.
There is not foot mat from the toilet.
Rate does not come with breakfast
The AC vent was so dirty. It looked like to hadn't been cleaned for months. Also, the tiles weren't looking so clean.

They hotel failed to reserve the room I booked for, I had to pay higher beyond my budget

The hot water was perfect,the air conditioning was in perfect condition too,I liked the facility and i will definitely go back there if i have to
The TV ddnt come on one time in the the two days I spent there,there's no hand bidet for when you use the toilet just tissue,the front desk staff was a bit rude,they should.work on their attitude, their job is customer service they can calmly explain issues to their guests.or send them for people Management training.

I was given a room that was lower than what I booked on booking.com
I booked for Standard double bed room but I was give a standard single bed
Cockroaches were present and visible in the room. In fact a roach actually crawled on my head.
Power systems was on at all times.
