This is my very first negative review, even though I’ve traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous hotels. I usually don’t mind small issues — what really matters is how the staff reacts and whether they try to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, this hotel completely failed in every way.
On the day of my arrival, I wrote to inform the hotel that I would be checking in after midnight and requested a contactless check-in (an option they claim to offer). They sent me instructions and explained that the hotel would be closed, but that I could still get inside and that my breakfast would be waiting in the fridge. That’s when the nightmare began.
The hotel was completely deserted — no staff, no guests, nobody. Phones went unanswered. Breakfast consisted of a cold sandwich, an egg, an apple, and some vegetables — but there was no water, no coffee, no cutlery. I had to eat everything with my hands. The minibar was empty. The restaurant was closed. There were no shops or cafés nearby. The whole atmosphere felt like a scene from a zombie apocalypse.
In my room, the shower was broken, there was no hairdryer, and the room was not cleaned for two days. I honestly never imagined that such “service” could exist within the European Union. Clearly, the hotel management has no idea about safety standards. And to make things worse, they charge guests in advance without warning anyone that the hotel is essentially not functioning.
Of course, we filed a formal complaint and submitted all the evidence. I just want to warn other travelers so you don’t go through the same experience. I truly hope the management reads this review and takes action.

Do centra 7 km ale s tim jsme počítali.
Tichá klima bez které bychom se nevyspali neboť po otevření balkonových dveří proniká hluk z blízké vozovky s intenzivnim provozem.
Snidaně servirované. Studený talíř z čerstvých surovin byl výborný.
Predrazené večeře. Těstoviny s nazvem aglio olio obsahujici špagety, olivový olej, česnek a sušené čili a trocha parmezánu. Hodnota surovin jedné porce tak 1,5 € se zákazníkovi účtuje za 13,70 € .

Ужасная вонь,номер малюсенький и не стоит той цены,ковролин грязнющий,хоть клопов небыло спасибо.Завтрак безумно минимальный,больше никогда !!!!!Приехала с ребенком и ночь в прокуреной комнате - тошнило ещё сутки после выезда,за что вы берёте деньги?????????Стыдоба !!!!В душе если бы дочка пошла первая и попробовала закрыть дверь,это дверью бы прибило ,на вас жаловаться надо !!!!!Дверь душевая висит на соплях,позорище , ещё и гостиницей называете !!!!😤🤮🤮🤮🤮
