Its far away ctiy bandung and that's not hotel apartment price to much definitely not hotel staff good .

Staff were not helpful (we were two but they just gave us one keycard and refused to give two, so one of us needed to ask for a receptionist to go up by the lift as we needed to tap the keycard to go up to our room). The room is small and old, not very clean. This hotel seemed to be partly used as apartments, but so many rooms on our floor were repossessed due to delayed repayments (we saw so many notices put on the front doors of other rooms). Pathetic.
it was beyond my expectation, because when I first stay there in 2020 it was quite bad, but now wow they have made a big progress

2. Hotel laundrt service lost few of my clothing items. Lodge official complaint but no action from management
