Had a lovely stay and would be back!
Pros:

Location was great! Staff were so lovely

Cons:

Room wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. Wish there was a vending machine with the ice machine!

Enjoyed our stay at your hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, the attendant gentleman is a real asset to your facility. He made our stay so much more enjoyable.
A wonderful man. Everything was great. It is in a great location. There was enough parking.

Cons:

The bathtub has a big permanent stain so not appealing. Other than that there were no other problems. Except the railings on both pool and hot stub were loose and shaky.

Cons:

When we arrived our iron board was broken.
Called front desk they told us don't have spare and maintenance guy will come in morning to fix. So we end up no iron our clothes. Much needed iron to go in wedding in morning

We would absolutely stay again, and appreciated the level of service, especially being over Christmas.
Pros:

Felt clean and new, close proximity to everything we needed. Used the pool twice and had it to ourselves. The breakfast was fantastic, and Mickey was helping at the breakfast area and was so kind to our kids. The Christmas decor in the lobby was tasteful and the staff were so friendly welcoming us back every time we returned.
