Cons:

had to change rooms because of a power outage in our room. had to wait about 30 min to get into another room. not much to choose from for Breakfast. We were there for at least 30 minutes and still no eggs or potatoes. Understaffed only 1 person getting everything ready.

Great location and pool. Well appointed, comfortable room. Decent breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay, but the pancake machine was out of order, which was not ideal.

Cons:

The TV didn’t work when we got to the room. Had to call the front desk and was told to unplug the wires from the back for 30 seconds. That didn’t work but I eventually figured out the right button on the remote to get it working. The room phone was not programmed to call the front desk despite having a button labeled “front desk”. That was annoying

Perfect
Pros:

Our stay was perfect. The Hotel was clean, and our room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was amazing. Shaula at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Maria had breakfast hot and ready every morning which was delicious. Maria was constantly cleaning and was very helpful if we needed anything during breakfast. We had a great experience. We could not ask for anything better.

Me gusto el tamano del cuarto, el hotel muy limpio y muy cerca a las playas.

Cons:

Los desayunos no fueron muy variados y ademas las papas crudas, los huevos insipidos como hechos de caja, pero por lo demas todo bien.
solo encontre una cucaracha en mi habitacion por lo que deben fumigar mejor, tambien encontre que la caja fuerte no servio.
