Staff nice but facility for a Holiday Inn were not up to expectations.
Pros:

It was in a convenient spot.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit run down. Had to move rooms second day as ceiling had a leak. We moved to another room air conditioning didn’t seem to be working too well.

Pros:

I like the pool area I liked their breakfast selection. The coffee was really good and the staff was nice, but not overly welcoming if that makes any sense.

Cons:

Every floor had no ice. The ice machine was broken that bothered me that was about the only thing that really irritated me about the property.

The location was close to what I needed.

Cons:

It was hard to find, and I couldn’t see the building from a close distance. I passed it a few times. Thus, the building was not visible from a short distance. Thanks.

Cons:

The front desk clerk. African decent had a very nasty attitude. Started yelling at me bc i couldn’t understand what she was saying. I checked in on Friday 7-3 around 4:20PM

Great location and pool. Well appointed, comfortable room. Decent breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay, but the pancake machine was out of order, which was not ideal.

Cons:

The TV didn’t work when we got to the room. Had to call the front desk and was told to unplug the wires from the back for 30 seconds. That didn’t work but I eventually figured out the right button on the remote to get it working. The room phone was not programmed to call the front desk despite having a button labeled “front desk”. That was annoying

Cons:

had to change rooms because of a power outage in our room. had to wait about 30 min to get into another room. not much to choose from for Breakfast. We were there for at least 30 minutes and still no eggs or potatoes. Understaffed only 1 person getting everything ready.
