Got there really late about 9:30 ask for a late check out was told 11:30 and then this morning exten

Cons:

The staff wasn’t that great at check in, the cleanliness wasn’t the best in the bathroom had some hair and trash in bathroom the bed was amazing and the over all room was clean breakfast wasn’t great but the stay was fine the staff was a turn off

The hotel smelled like a wet dog
The bathroom was clean but they are clearly never cleaned deeply as everything was stained and yellowed

Not Clean - hair everywhere
Pros:

It was an easy late check in and the guy was really nice.

Cons:

The sheets had hair on them and I had to ask for a new set of clean sheets and it was already last when we checked in. There was dirty wash cloth left in the bathroom across the top of the shower rod. There was hair in the bathroom floor. By this time I was wondering if the room has been cleaned and someone had just made the beds up.

During breakfast they ran out of biscuit and gravy and did not replace it before we checked out.

Great location. Great staff.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the elevator kept getting stuck and my family and I were stuck a couple of times but the staff was quick to reset the elevator. But it was scary not knowing if it was ok to get on or take flights of stairs.

The stay was enjoyable.
Pros:

The property was in a good location-close to the activities we were involved in and the highway, but there was a lot of traffic.

Cons:

The water was not hot, but when reported, staff fixed the situation right away.
The breakfast would have been more enjoyable if there were more gluten-free options. The walnuts tasted old.
The room rates were too high.
