This hotel is very conveniently located! I would stay here again!
Pros:

the room was spacious and comfortable. the kitchen was fantastic and stocked with basics as you would expect. Hotel offered games and the pool was amazing.

Cons:

No ice maker on each floor. Not a big deal though.

Great stay
Pros:

The room was clean and well-organized. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet area was clean and the coffee was decent.

Cons:

Rooms facing the QEW can have traffic noise - it bothered us a bit one night. My daughter slept on the pull out couch and said it was not very comfortable

Do not recommend
Pros:

The suite was spacious, the kitchen had everything that we needed, everything was clean, the sofas were comfortable. The breakfast was decent, the receptionist super friendly.

Cons:

The noise of the fridge and the AC was unbearable. We had to turn off the heater at night, as we couldn't sleep, that's how loud the noise was. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows horrible. The kids' sofa bed couldn't be used, as there was a horizontal bar that when someone would sit on the bed, it would feel it instantly. So we all tried to squeeze in the big bed. But none of us slept well. The duvet cover kept on twisting, the quality of the bed sheets was so bad...by morning part of the mattress had no fitted sheet. We would not return. For the money that we paid, we were expecting for good quality stay.

It was overall a great stay
Pros:

Breakfast was great as was location

Cons:

There were 12 or so teenaged boys who took over the pool rough housing but eventually a staff member did come along and told them to stop diving into the pool

Clean, comfortable and safe for our family.
Pros:

Front desk was extremely friendly and answered all questions. Breakfast was great! Variety of food and drinks. The person who brought us extra towels and blankets was very courteous and professional.

Cons:

The pool area was dirty. The bathroom needs more attention to detail as far as cleaning goes. And there was hair in the bed.

Pros:

Endroit très bien situé, tout a proximité. Très propre et confortable. Personnel courtois et sympathique. Je vais y retourner c'est certain. Parfait pour voyage.. dans la région des vignobles et niagara falls. Dormir dans le calme . Je vous recommande l'endroit. 👍😉
