Great stay near NOTL!
Pros:

Comfy bed, room was a good size and spotless. We appreciated that breakfast was included! Staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel is easily accessible to nearby attractions.

Cons:

Pool was a little dirty, vent in room was noisy. Would be nice to have streaming services or casting abilities for the TV, especially for those with longer stays.

Excellent location and very clean hotel
Pros:

Great location and very clean and good pricing. We love the included breakfast . The ladies at the breakfast bar are so friendly and keep it stocked up and clean. Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Beds are comfy. Lots of hot water. Everything was great

Cons:

Our fire alarm went off at 130 in the morning, left our room in a panic and when we arrived no one was at the front desk. After waiting for 10 minutes someone finally arrived and made us feel silly for being concerned the literal fire alarm was going off and told us if the building was on fire it wouldn’t just be the alarm in our room. How were we supposed to know? And if an alarm was going off in the building I thought the staff would be alerted to deal with this in a timely manner especially considering it was 130 in the morning.

Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful. Some of the staff was extremely nice. Rooms seemed clean. Lots of parking.

Cons:

Air conditioner in room is very noisy making sleep difficult. Reception would not answer the phone a few times when i tried calling them. Staff was somewhat accommodating but we found one staff members to be extremely unprofessional and rude. She showed us another room and then upon us leaving, just vanished, didn't even say bye and was on her phone.
