Unfortunately, we had bug problems in the room (silverfish, flies, etc.). We were moved in an another room without bugs but the cleanliness in the bathroom was mediocre (dust, pubic hair).

We Had a lovely stay, and everything was comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

It was good! There was a nice selection of food, and everything was pretty good.

Cons:

I would’ve liked to have a kettle in my room to make tea. But overall everything was good.

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Could use better layout for seating and move people along when they are done. Many sat around for ages chatting and left others with no where to sit. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Nightly rate was high.

Pros:

This is a very clean hotel. The front desk staff were awesome. The hotel is centrally located between The Falls, NOTL, and St. Catherine's.

Cons:

Baked beans as an offered hot breakfast item. Not a breakfast food in my opinion. Limited cable TV channels.

Good except for the mediocre breakfast.
Pros:

Liked that the rooms were fresh and looked new. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We found the breakfast not up to standard. Lots of starch. The eggs were rubbery and horrible. There could have been more choice. The cinnamon bun was only okay. Not as good as I would have expected. The cheese was processed cheese!
