Bel hôtel, très bons déjeuners (inclus) nous avions une chambre adaptée et nous avions une porte de « grange » comme porte de salle de bain!?!? Même handicapé, je ne sais pas comment ils feraient pour l’ouvrir!!!

A mi me gusto que era una habitacion comoda, limpia. Muy accesible de la autopista. La ubicacion estaba mas a la salida del Niagara on the Lake por lo cual nos funciono ir al pueblo primero y despues llegar a la habitacion para no estar dando tanta vuelta. Al salir era muy facil llegar directo a Niagara Falls del hotel. Al llegar al hotel cuentan con estacionamiento y la atencion al checkin fue facil y cordial por parte de su recepcion.
No esta tal cual en Niagara on the Lake, mas bien esta en la salida hacia Niagara Falls. Para una familia buscando quedarse en cerca del pueblito de Niagara on the lake le quedaria un poco retirado trasladarse.
La falla que tuvo nuestro piso es que no habia hielo en la maquina y no teniamos botellas de agua de cortesia en el cuarto.

The room was so clean and smells so good. The staff was amazing. The breakfast crew was so friendly. Such a a good vibe and friendly atmosphere.

The lack of sustainability at breakfast - plastic/throwaway cutlery, plates, bowls, cups etc. Appalling amount of waste produced each morning. Please buy reusable cutlery and crockery and be more sustainably responsible.
We booked 2 hours before our arrival and from the staff to the accommodations it went above and beyond our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and everything seemed like it was a newly updated. Breakfast was good and it was close to everywhere we wanted to see. They even allowed us to keep our e-bikes in our room.
We would definitely come back again.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
The hotel is nicely renovated, albeit not luxury, but simple and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. The facilities (pool and fitness room) are a bonus. The free breakfast dining is nice to have and a good incentive.
We were at the hotel for 2 days and most of those 2 days there the WiFi didn't work. I understand that it was not anyone's fault at the hotel. Rumor had it that construction workers next door cut some cables they shouldn't have, but that is only what we heard and not told. I believe that staff should have been more up front with guests by telling us what was going on and why. Upon arrival I bought some chocolate bars and candy. I think at check out I should have been offered that for free just as a good customer service gesture for the inconvenience of not having WiFi when, in fact, I paid to have WiFi!!
