Excellent location
Pros:

Han Huyen is very well located for the night market and Hoi An old town. There are also plenty of food outlets in the area. Despite this, it is surprisingly quiet for a good night’s sleep. I like the fact that the shower cubicle has a proper door which means the bathroom floor is not wet. Hiep, the owner, also helped me book the transport to and from Da Nang at a reasonable price.

Excellent Homestay with super friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Homely, intimate, very friendly family run business, great value for money, close enough to the old town where all the noise and action is, yet far enough to be quiet. Of all the places I have stayed in so far in VN, this place has a proper shower with a well thought of shower door so the entire bathroom doesn’t get wet 👍 Many more upmarket/ mire expensive places can learn from this.
If there was a rootop terrace, this place would be perfect.
I can highly recommend this place.👍👍😊

Great relaxing homestay right in the centre
Pros:

Amazing location right on the small island by the lantern boats. Really friendly family and good room. More like a little hotel than a homestay!

Good option, convenient and quiet location, must like firm mattresses.
Pros:

Nice family, large room and bathroom, big shower, balcony. A quiet street, no noise from night markets once you get 50-100m away. Very clean, shoes off at the front door.

Cons:

The bed was too firm. After a day of walking around I wanted to sink into a comfortable mattress. By morning it is not too bad. It seems to be a dense foam rubber mattress, which at least is better than a stiff inner spring mattress.

The fridge was not plugged in, but when I did plug it in it was noisy, even inside the cabinet it was hidden in. I did not need it on this occasion, so not a problem.

Pleasant experience at a real family home
Pros:

Central location but far away enough to not hear loud sounds at night. Friendly family that makes you feel welcome. Big rooms with all the amentities you need to enjoy your Hoi An stay.

A truly lovely home in a truly lovely city.
Pros:

The homestay is located on a quiet street only 2 blocks from the main one where the night market is set up every night. It is still a local neighborhood. The family that runs the homestay is very friendly and extremely helpful. The place is very very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had two adjoining rooms that opened to a single balcony so it was great to sit there every morning, have breakfast and watch the street wake up. A really amazing stay. Thank you Ha huyen family.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.
