Pros:

Miss Hai has been really helpful, cooperative.

Cons:

Poor lighting inside the room. One of the room doors wasn't being locked from inside.

A fantastic place to stay when in Hoi An
Pros:

Everything was great! The family that ran it were so kind and helpful. We rented bikes from them and they arranged a car for us to our next location with a stop on the way. The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The location was far enough away from the noise but in close walking distance to everything.

Pros:

Really great location, friendly staff who helped with advice of best things to do also with booking trips and taxis through them made everything easy.
Would definitely stay here again if returning to An Hoi

The best - would stay again for sure
Pros:

Jeg kunne godt lide beliggenheden i en stille gade, men stadig 100 m fra hele. Fantastisk familie som var rolige og hjælpsomme. De hjalp med taxa, bus, billetter og sight seeing.

Cons:

Lidt indelukket luft - men omvendt det er at forvente i fugtige Vietnam. Så alt godt.

Lovely stay, great experience!
Pros:

During my recent visit to Hoi An, I had the pleasure of staying at An Hoi Town, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish.
Price and service are good, it is family based business. Can see them really try very hard to give the best to the customers
Quiet and ideal location in Old Town close to the night market, waterfront attractions and an endless choice of restaurants nearby. The rooms are a good size with their own bathroom, cleaned daily. Would highly recommend.

Hoi An Altstadt
Pros:

Super Lage unmittelbar bei der Altstadt. Fahrradvermietung direkt ab Homestay (wenn auch sehr einfache Räder). Jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Freundliche Besitzer, geben Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und bieten auch Fahrservice an.

Cons:

Leider stets sehr feuchte Luft im Zimmer. Auf Anfrage ob ein Entfeuchter vorhanden sei, wurde netterweise ein Heizkörper tagsüber angeboten, in Zimmer aber leider keine merkliche Veränderung. Badezimmer deutet auch auf Feuchtigkeitsprobleme hin (Schimmel). Dusche leider ohne Warmwasser.

Beautiful homestay, beautiful people
Pros:

We had a relaxing stay at their homestay. They arranged transfers for us to and from the Danang airport and train station. They arranged a day tour for us to My Son sanctuary. We also did money exchange with them, their exchange rate was good. Most of all it was convenient and safe.
It's 3 minutes walk to the night market and 2 minutes walk to the Ancient town.
Hai was absolutely lovely in welcoming us to Hoi An and she also gave us a little cheat sheet of where to go for food, tailoring and other stuff.
I will definitely stay at their homestay on my next visit !

ファミリーで経営されており、皆さんホスピタリティに溢れていて、サポートが必要な事が起きる度に、毎回快く助けて下さって、本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました！！

ホテルの設備とは異なります。私達は1泊ずつ、2種類の部屋を使いましたが、2階の窓のある部屋がよかったです。
