Quality and new
Charging for parking which was unknown to be being a return customer
Happy Hour and breakfast, and was moved to a new room because of the loud noise outside
Charge for parking of a family member who visited and even ourselves.
The food was great! The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful!
The main thing was that there was loud music coming from the bars and entertainment venues around the hotel. Until late!!

It wasn’t necessarily the property, I just picked a room too close to the elevators so there was more noise than I’m used to. Other than that everything was good. I will pick a room further down the hall in the future! I also am not a fan of the paid parking for the hotel. I remember when they first opened they didn’t have that and it was great. The app is sometimes glitchy and just really is t convenient for us personally. So something like that is actually a really big factor for me and my partner and we may rethink staying there for next time so we just don’t have to deal with the paid parking app to be honest.

It was not the cleanest. The bathroom tub needs to be cleaned caulked and walls need to be cleaned by trash can and under sink needs to be cleaned and dusted.
Wonderful staff, delightful clean room. Walk in shower and comfortable bed.
Breakfast was outstanding. Convenient to have restaurant on site. Very nice.

Nothing was great to be honest. It was clean I guess. Staff was fairly nice. Didn’t really get to take advantage of anything they offered at the hotel.
Shower was terrible. Almost no pressure at all. And it was not hot. No fan in the bathroom. Weird room layout. No gate for walkers to get out of the lot. Pay to park daily. Didn’t price match the embassy suites airport pricing as website said they would. Construction all around. Breakfast started too late didn’t get to have it. Open bar wasn’t advertised either.
