overall nice and fancy feeling. Breakfast was great but the room could've been better accessible with hardwood floor
Pros:

everything's clean and spacious even the roll-in shower but I could've used a little more room in that roll-in shower.

Cons:

could have used order surface floor for my wheelchair and Hoyer lift. I didn't look but I assumed there wasn't a accessible lift to put me in the pool.

Pros:

Access to freeway and easy to find. It was very clean.

Cons:

Not too many restaurants nearby other than fast food. Although, we did realize the area is still being developed.

New hotel, pleasant staff. Nothing not to like.

Thanks to Audrey for helping get back the items we carelessly left in the room. We didn't actually know they were missing until she called us.

I stayed here 2 times in 2 weeks one time on a Sunday which was $100 for the one night and exceptional for that and one time on a Friday $300 for that one night and absolutely no on that price point for this hotel I can stay in a beautiful top rated hotel in vegas for one night for that price this hotel is not a $300 a night hotel they do not have even half the things required for a customer for that price point it's a nice hotel but the pricing needs to be in line with what they offer our first stay we had a exceptional hotel clerk check us in the second stay the clerk was not the best kind of rude to us a little I thought

The different pricing for what they offer and the different hotel clerks checking us in because being greeted by a friendly outgoing person makes everything start off great compared to someone who is kind of rude to you at check in it sets the whole tone for your stay

Great experience, clean, friendly.
Pros:

We stayed for nearly a week, great customer service, clean, safe. Beautiful views, coffee and tea/cocoa consistently available. The hot tub is huge.

All things work together for good
Pros:

On a long journey up north, arrived late in the night and there was an issue with the room. The night desk representative looked after us by getting us into a different room. The next morning, we spoke to Stephanie, the manager, and she went the extra mile to look additionally after us, making it a blessing and very worthwhile stay.
Thanks so much Stephanie and staff for the integrity to more than solve our issue.
