Ideal für Konzertbesuche oder Städte Trips

Am frühen Morgen wurde uns ein umfangreiches Frühstückskörbchen vor die Tür gestellt. Es war für alle etwas dabei. Vollkommen ausreichend.

Muchisima calor dentro del piso,corrinas que a las 04:30 te entra una luz que te despierta y el ruido de los coches es INFERNAL ( he dormido con la.ventana abierta porqur el calor era INSUPORTABLE) EVITAR, HAY HOTELES A TODAS ESQUINAS Y DE MAS CALIDAD.

Lage ist Super, man ist sofort im Zentrum und der Bahnhof ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Frühstück ist ok, aber der Kaffee ist nicht zu genießen.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden, besonders loben wir das Personal.
Pros:

Beim Frühstück hätten wir ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Wir wurden beim Check-In gefragt, was wir frühstücken wollen. Dafür gab es zwei Optionen: vegetarisch oder mit Wurst. Da wir zwei Erwachsene waren, haben wir uns für beide Varianten entschieden. Beides sehr lecker. Allerdings haben wir jeden Tag ein hartgekochtes Ei und Joghurts bekommen. Anfangs war das auch OK, aber nach dem zweiten Mal Frühstück hatten wir keine Lust mehr auf Ei und Joghurt. Wir hätten das gern abbestellt, aber an der Rezeption war niemand. Es wäre eine tolle Option, wenn man jeden Tag das Frühstück bestellen könnte. Das ist mit Sicherheit mehr Aufwand, das steht außer Frage. Aber es würde unnötiger Lebensmittelverschwendung entgegenwirken. Was ja vielleicht eine Überlegung wert wäre. Eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde ausgetauscht. Leider erst später, so dass wir an unserem ersten Tag keinen Kaffee zum Frühstück hatten. Das war ärgerlich, aber letztendlich haben wir es überlebt. Noch ein Tipp: Spart euch das Semmelschmieren für die Kids. Das ist zwar ungemein lieb von euch. Aber unsere Kinder mögen keine Butter unter Nutella. Trotzdem waren wir mit dem Frühstück zufrieden.

Cons:

Eins unserer Kinder hat in der ersten Nacht Nasenbluten bekommen. Leider hat es das Bettzeug erwischt. Wir haben das auch gemeldet, als jemand an der Rezeption war, aber es wurde leider nicht getauscht. Wir hätten für diesen Service und das neue Bettzeug auch bezahlt. Aber diese Option hat man uns gar nicht vorgeschlagen.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, sauber und ruhig .

Cons:

Personal war super freundlich. Alles war unkompliziert. Auch wenn das Hotel dicht an einer Straße liegt, macht man die Fenster zu ist es still. Guter Schlaf ist garantiert.

Clean and central apartment which we warmed to during our 3 night stay
Pros:

Good location, within walking distance of the city centre and also close to tram stops. Friendly owners. The air conditioning, which we paid extra for, worked well. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable apart from the pillows.

Cons:

There was a bad smell in the room which we didn't report until the next day because we thought it would go away. After we reported it it was resolved immediately.
The shower was not very comfortable because you had to stand close to the tap and kept catching it and there was nowhere to put toiletries, which incidentally were not provided.
The air conditioning was really necessary because we couldn't have the windows open at night because of the noise from the trams.
The pillow was too soft and had no support.
