Excellent location near to Gewandhaus
Pros:

Excellent location some 300m from Gewandhaus and city centre. Polite reception staff. Good and practical car parking on a closed yard near to the building. It was easy to arrange self-catering with a number of supermarkets around (NB they are all closed on Sundays!)

Cons:

There was no breakfast option at all, which was not clear when we made the booking. The reason of that may be that we had a corner room on the 4th floor (NB with nice view to everything around) for 3 persons, which was already a bit crowded that way. In the bathroom there was no door for the shower, so we made wet everything around...

Pros:

Im Haus/Zimmer war alles bestens. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut mit der kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Frühstück vors Zimmer klappte sehr gut und war mit allem was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Parkplatz abgesperrt direkt am Haus. Innenstadt in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Top

Cons:

Einzig der Straßenlärm mit Straßenbahnhaltestelle und reichlich Fahrzeugverkehr vor dem Haus sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist schlecht möglich. Die Fenster selbst sind gut schallisoliert. Wenn man vom Dorf kommt, ist man vielleicht auch verwöhnt.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Unkomplizierte Buchung und Kommunikation. Alles im grünen Bereich.
Pros:

Sehr saubere Zimmer und ein guter Service. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht und waren auch nur eine Nacht da, daher haben wir die Küche nicht genutzt.

Cons:

es gibt nichts, was ich bemängeln würde.

Uns hat die sehr positive und saubere Stadt gefallen, die Lage vom Hotel war super.
Pros:

Die Lage, das Personal und das Frühstück waren schon gut.

Cons:

Leider hatte das Zimmer einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch , es kam aus dem Badezimmer
