Pros:

Clean & an AMAZING staff!! Reginald & Javier were amazing!! Everyone was so nice but these 2 were exceptional!

Cons:

Just one breakfast person working & lied to a guest saying she was the manager when he asked for one. She was very rude towards some people.

The property was clean and in a great location

Cons:

The elevator did not stop at our floor so we had to call down for the elevator to be sent up to us . Also we had to go down to get fresh towel . Housekeeping never came during our entire stay

Bad Customer Service
Pros:

This property management does not care about your Marriot Status. I am a silver elite and the GM does not believe in customer service. Loyalty to the Marriot Brand means nothing. If you want to enjoy yourself in Greenville this is not the place.

Pros:

Coffee available in the afternoon. Our stay was extended 5 days due to emergency gallbladder surgery my husband had. Staff was very accommodating and compassionate during this time.

The location and peach yogurt at breakfast.

Cons:

Our shower flooded everytime you used it. Even with an empty hotel, there was only 1 room ready for when we checked in. The maid never came when the room was empty to clean it. We had to ask for extra towels. The first time she came just just walked in the room without knocking. There was no sign to put on the door. Even tho it said it was renovated, everything in that room was old and not quality standards.

I wish I would have been made aware of the extra hold made on my card before booking. The WiFi was also very spotty. I had to go to reception to get it connected.

Welcoming and inviting place to stay!
Pros:

Employee, Greely Peterson, absolutely fanatic. Greeted me with “ You’re finally here, Welcome!” Very clean and comfortable rooms! Great stay there. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay in Greenville!
