Pros:

Coffee available in the afternoon. Our stay was extended 5 days due to emergency gallbladder surgery my husband had. Staff was very accommodating and compassionate during this time.

The location and peach yogurt at breakfast.

Cons:

Our shower flooded everytime you used it. Even with an empty hotel, there was only 1 room ready for when we checked in. The maid never came when the room was empty to clean it. We had to ask for extra towels. The first time she came just just walked in the room without knocking. There was no sign to put on the door. Even tho it said it was renovated, everything in that room was old and not quality standards.

I wish I would have been made aware of the extra hold made on my card before booking. The WiFi was also very spotty. I had to go to reception to get it connected.

Welcoming and inviting place to stay!
Pros:

Employee, Greely Peterson, absolutely fanatic. Greeted me with “ You’re finally here, Welcome!” Very clean and comfortable rooms! Great stay there. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay in Greenville!

We visited from out of town for a college open house/tour
Pros:

The property was convenient to stores and restaurants. Also close to ECU, as we were on a college tour with my child.

Cons:

They were in the middle of remodeling so it was a mess. The toilet didn’t work upon arrival, once we called the front desk it was fixed rather quickly. Front desk staff were not very friendly.
