Comfortable last minute stay with a great vibe
Pros:

The room was very spacious and cozy and the amenities and aesthetics are wonderful. The staff were so kind and inviting! Parking was convenient.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been just a hair cleaner (there was a clump of hair left in the shower when we arrived). However, it still felt very cleanly and tidy otherwise.

Ok stay.. convenient and clean
Pros:

Location, updated rooms, friendly front desk staff, comfortable bed

Cons:

Perfume/air freshener in the room. Very overwhelming in the hallway especially. Comforter freshness questionable. Bistro was not open at all during our stay. No dinner, breakfast or coffee.

Would not recommend due to no hot water for showers.
Pros:

Room was clean. Pool decent. Nice outdoor patio area. Local restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

No hot water for showers in any of the 4 rooms that I had reserved for myself and family. Also another family member had their own reservation and experienced the same thing - no hot water for showers. We were told by staff they couldn't compensate for the lack of hot water since we booked through a third party. Basically, no customer service available due to the third-party booking. That is a definite deterrent to using third parties such as yours- Booking.com.

Pros:

The property was fine. Clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Room 222- The shower’s drain was clogged. As soon as we hopped in the shower, the water would clog up. We immediately reported to the front desk and were told that someone was coming to fix it. Nobody came. So for the whole stay, we had to endure a clogged up shower drain.

If you can look past the sports teams and marijuana smell...
Pros:

I have stayed at this property in the past and was very satisfied; which, I suppose, is why I returned. Maybe this was an off weekend, maybe the property is slipping. When we arrived the lobby was full of sports team parents, trash everywhere - in the lobby, in the hallways. Not very welcoming, but hey, these days sports teams are everywhere. That said, our room was clean and comfortable, the evening was quiet. What tipped this for me was the stench of marijuana in the elevator the next morning. Unappealing. I do not expect at Courtyards.

Shame shame shame
Pros:

The staff, in particular VONDELL DAVIS were exceptional. Staff were friendly accomodatiing and did everything within their power to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The facitities, especially the cleanliness and upkeep left a lot to be desired. Especially since it was a festival weekend. Both the front and back entrances were horrible stained entrances thay simply needed a good power washing and scrubbing. The glass windows to bothe entraces were dirty and had spider webs. The elevators were not maintined same trash on the floor for three days. I PAID FOR TWO SUITES AND A KING SIZE ROOM AND HAD TO REQUEST THAT THEY COME IN AND CLEAN THE KING SUITE BEFORE I COULD USE IT. TOTALLY EMBARRASING FOR MY HOMETOWN AND. COURTYARD
