Great location right downtown. Friendly, helpful staff.
Snack shop prices were on the high side. Luckily there is a nice little market right across the street with a good selection and normal prices.
Out of the 3 pillows on one bed 2 had substantial amount of dried blood on them, you could see the blood through the pillow case. Brought it to the front desks attention, they were very courteous, accommodated with a free breakfast, however housekeeping was supposed to bring clean pillows and never did. Spoke with the front desk again to make sure they were aware of this and that I would not be charged for missing pillows
I like the location. It's next to a lovely trail, where I go running when we stay there. There's also a nice and reasonably priced restaurant walking distance from the hotel.
Breakfast was not included. Additionally, the fitness center was missing paper towels and disinfectant to wipe off the equipment after using it.
Clean and nice
Everything is nice
Very nice hotel, clean, great space in lobby for lounging.
I'm not blaming the staff for my poor ratings, I'm holding management responsible. The hotel is way understaffed. Nobody at lobby for check in when I arrived. They were helping someone else in a different part if hotel. Waiting at least 10 min upon arrival before seeing an employee.
The room was great! Took 20 minutes to find front desk clerk.
No one at front desk.
Rooms were big, bed was comfortable and it was clean.
Went to eat and wanted to come back and have a glass of wine before going to the room. Was told the liquor license had been revoked so wasn't able to enjoy a glass of wine.
There were no coffee cups in room so had to go get them.
Nothing major but not worthy of a full 10 review.
The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was amazing.
The pool was dirty and gross. Look ed like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
Upon arrival we were greeted by someone with less than friendly attitude. The room was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned. There was vomit on the pillows, and when sent to another room the smell was intolerable. One of the employees suggested we leave and indicated that they do not clean and just check the page stating a room was cleaned when it was not.
NOTHING!! I am shocked this is a Mariott
The property is beautifully decorated, and seemingly maintained well. It is an ideal place to meet others given the comfortable seating. It is wonderfully located when one is in the Albion area.
We only wished that we had been able to get a cocktail or glass of wine while we took advantage of the wonderful seating area.
Amazing staff. Safe and clean
The property is in a good location, close to the relatives we were visiting
The beds were very uncomfortable, the cleaning staff was misinformed about our stay and tried to enter our room while we were getting dressed, they had some sort of computer issue that would cause our key card to malfunction and we would have to get it reset every time we came back to the room. Also the walls were so thin that someone loudly snoring in the next room kept us awake. We have stayed here about 10 times and this was definitely our worst experience.
Did not use breakfast services.
Minimum two-night stay.
Could have been staffed better. We arrived late, 10pm. after a long drive. Night clerk was alone, on the phone with hotel manager regauarding other probllems. Got the 'one minute' finger when we walked up to the desk. Finally checked in , found no toilet paper....called immediately . She said she would get it to us. 40 minutes later and two more calls and we just went to the desk and got it ourselves. so, understaffed for sure !
