muy mal, no tenian mi reservacion y no me otorgaron la habitacion comentaron que no tienen contacto con ustedes pero si me realizaron el cobro, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel para poder descansar, el personal es muy grosero y nos pidieron que nos retiraramos osea nos corrieron, requiero el rembolso de mi pago y que penalicen a este establecimiento uno confia en que ya esta reservado y pagado y llegas y no hay habitacion y no hay reservacion, reembolso de mi pago urgente

Pros:

La persona que nos recibió nos comentó que tenían sobre venta, pero aún así, y cito "Hemos tenido que decir a más de 3 clientes que reservaron (y pagaron) vía Expedia que no se pueden alojar aquí, eso uniera sido entendible de no haber sido por el remata cuando le preguntamos sobre otra opción (puesto que ya era muy noche y teníamos incertidumbre sobre dónde dormiríamos) a lo que responde "No es mi problema".
