Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur

My family and I recently stayed at Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur and we were extremely pleased with the overall experience. The service was exceptional😀 especially from Mr Nazmi, Mr Didi and Madam Audery, who were all very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

I would like to extend special appreciation to Madam Audery, who made an excellent decision by allowing us to extend our stay in the same room without needing to move. This really made things much more convenient for our family.

The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully scented and very comfortable. The food at the hotel was also wonderful..we especially enjoyed the fried rice and masala teh tarik. The prawn fried rice was specially prepared and served for our family, and the taste reminded me of the fried rice from my childhood. Many thanks to both Mr Nazmi and Mr Didi for the wonderful hospitality.

Overall, Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur truly delivers a high-quality hospitality experience with genuine care and attention. Thank you to all the staff involved for making our stay memorable. We came from Kedah and definetely will choose Fourseasons Hotel again for our next staycation.

When we first visited the hotel, we were charmed by its atmosphere, a blend of serene luxury with a hint of bustling energy, through its specially curated lighting and design. We were instantly hooked !!

Our event/catering manager, Ellie Low, and her team were very attentive to our needs and requirements, often offering help and recommendations before we even asked. She guided us through the entire process, making it almost stress-free! We also received feedback from our guests complimenting the food served during the reception dinner. Thank you Chef Jack Tang and Chef Jimmy. Our guest had a wonderful night thanks to the banquet staff Ashveen, Isyarf, Zahrif, Mario and Syahrul. And lastly, we get to wind down in our suite after a hectic day thanks to the room deco team Aisyah and Chloe.

Overall, the service was outstanding and truly reflected the high standards of the hotel. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and experience with the hote. We will definitely return for our next staycation! :D

Wonderful location, nice food and best service!

It is one on the best choices in KLCC to stay in.

For sure, it is my first choice to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Had our wedding reception here, and we loved every minute of it! The banquet was coordinated so well - thanks to Ellie, Ashveen and Isyraf. Ellie went above and beyond in serving us, and we were so well taken care of during our stay. We were absolutely spoiled.

The food was amazing too, and all of our guests enjoyed every dish made by Chef Jack Tang and Chef Walter. We had our food tasting and shared what we liked and didn’t, and everything was reflected on our big day.

Returning to the Four Seasons is always such a joyful experience. The location, the luxurious comfort and the amazing restaurants always make each stay a superb vacation.

I stayed there recently and it was so nice to see Felicia the Reservations Manager, Jessie from Lifestyle helped make the room bookings and it was very nice to meet Azrai the Director of Rooms as well, who helped facilitate our last minute booking. As usual, we were welcomed by the ever hospitable and dynamic Didi and it was nice to be greeted by Masiluddin and Nawawi too. The staff there are always so friendly and kind, it made our stay so very special.

Yun House is our favourite Chinese restaurant in KL and Gaza always serves us with such impeccable service. I highly recommend this halal restaurant which serves excellent cuisine. The view over the KLCC park is such a delight.

I love the gym as well because while you’re on the treadmill, it’s nice to see the park and people shopping at the Petronas Twin Towers below.

It’s quite hard to describe the blissful experience within the hotel and the combination of facilities plus the warm welcome of their staff makes us just want to keep returning.

The hotel's address and location are excellent..The hotel's facilities are better than you can imagine; it has everything you could want..There are many restaurants here, including Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisine.. I especially love coming to this restaurant. CURATE. MR. SHAKIRIN.He is a very humorous and responsible person.They explained everything to you with great kindness.！
I will definitely visit this hotel again next time.

We had a fantastic experience at Four Seasons. Although we encountered a small issue with our room upon check-in, the front desk staff (sorry we didn’t get his name) handled it with great professionalism and arranged a new room for us. We were there for a wedding, and the banquet team (and Ellie) were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly.

We truly enjoyed our stay.

My experience planning our wedding at the Four Seasons was truly exceptional. Ellie provided outstanding support throughout the entire process, and her professionalism on the wedding day made everything feel effortless. Our guests absolutely loved the food, and we had such a wonderful time celebrating.

We just spent a few days at the Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur and honestly had an amazing stay. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. What really stood out was how personal everything felt. People greeted us by name, took the time to chat, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a good time.

A special thank you to Chloe, Aisyah and Audrey. They really went out of their way for us and made our stay feel even more special. Every day we found a small surprise or treat in the room, and our daughter was especially happy with the little gifts she kept receiving. Those small touches make such a difference.

We travel quite a lot and we’ve stayed in many nice hotels, but the ones that really stay with us are usually the Four Seasons. KL is definitely one of the best we’ve experienced. The service is warm, the attention to detail is great, and you never feel like just another guest.

What a wonderful property! From the moment you arrive, the service and attention to detail are truly world-class. The staff are exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely attentive — a clear reflection of a management team that runs the hotel seamlessly from the GM down.

The amenities are beautiful, the rooms are immaculate, and the Executive Lounge is one of the best I’ve experienced across any Four Seasons property worldwide. The breakfast buffet is simply spectacular — an experience in itself, with extraordinary variety and quality.

Overall, this is a hotel that combines great service, excellent products, and impressive value in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur. A perfect 10/10. Highly recommended.

I was under the executive club lounge. I could honestly say staff have been so warm towards my grandma, mum and I. Creating my teammates 78th birthday an absolute blast! They had all attending with such great decoration/service, that I have seen within a hotel, by far the best in Malaysia after visiting many times; under different locations.

For the humanity they had shown, that we are just not they’re guests but thought family like, we look at them likewise.

To the bell desk team, I much appreciate you hellos in the morning, your generosity. The point you didn’t have to be kind just because you’d worked there, you were kind out of your heart, always out of your way.

To the Nobu staff, your a wonderful addition to the hotel as a restaurant and again, to say your staff are and have been a pleasure to meet.

Fabulous hotel which lived up to expectations. Right from the check-in, it was VIP treatment. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were very well looked after by Yun - the Executive Club Guest Services Officer. She anticipated our needs without being asked, and made us feel special.
The views from our room was fantastic, you can have a bath with view of KL from the tub.
Location was superb, we could see the Petronas Towers fountain display from the bedroom window.
Breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. On our last day, we were surprised at breakfast time with pancakes and a thank you message written in chocolate. It was a very nice gesture and made the stay a memorable one.

We had our son’s wedding reception on 06th Sept. A year ago we walked into Four Season’s KL. The bride, groom and parents from both sides. We came across Ms Ellie Low and Senthil. A year later we saw the outcome, everybody was very happy with the effort the team has put in. The following are part of the team. Being away from home is never easy, but our stay at the Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur turned out to be something really special. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the KLCC views are amazing, but what stood out most was the warmth of the people who work there.
I especially want to thank our room attendant, Mr.Emran. He was always so kind and welcoming, and it really made us feel comfortable and cared for.
The biggest thanks, though, goes to the bellman team —Mr. Amir, Mr.Din, and Mr. Afiq Iman. We saw them every day as we came in and out, and they were always smiling, helpful, and genuinely attentive. They made us feel safe, and their warmth left such a lasting impression on us. Honestly, they made our stay unforgettable.
