Eb hotel By Eurobuilding Quito Airport

We usually stay at the EB either before or after traveling through Quito, as we have been living in Cuenca for almost six years. The free shuttle pick up from just outside baggage claim, and free shuttle return, make it very convenient (schedule pick up by flight info, and return shuttle runs every half hour). The staff is always so accommodating and pleasant, from check in and check out, to the bar and restaurant, to the support staff here. At this visit, a zipper pull came off of one of our suitcases, and Jean Villalobos was a very kind maintenance employee who came to the room and fixed the zipper perfectly! Security is present and no one is allowed on the property except guests. The guest rooms are very spacious, including an awesome shower, comfortable king bed, and beautiful views of the mountains surrounding Quito. We will definitely return and recommend the EB Hotel Quito Airport to our family and friends when a visit requires using the airport here!

Location - an ideal hotel if you're catching an early flight the next day.
Room - clean and modern looking. The highlight was the shower that could fit 4 people comfortably (if you wanted) with 2 showerheads and a glass wall (with blinds) to the room.
Hotel - Beautifully decorated with lots of flowers.
Service - exceptional. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.
As my husband and I were only there for one night, we were hoping to use the outdoor pool. Check-in is from 4 pm. We arrived at 5 pm and the pool closes at 6 pm which was disappointing. However, there is a steam room that's open until 10 pm. The front desk told us to just call 15 min ahead before we were planning to use it and they'd go turn it on. As mentioned, wonderful service.

Very nice hotel, good location close to airport, well equipped suite/bathroom, courteous and attentive staff. I will stay here when I visit Quito again.

Everything was very upscale and beautiful. Reminded me of my visits years ago in Caracas. The bartenders Euvil and Freddy were amazing!!

I came across this hotel while searching for.a place to recuperate after a long overseas flight before continuing on to the Galapagos Islands. How lucky am I - this was an absolute gem of a place.

Upon arriving at Quito airport we were greeted by the hotel shuttle driver, Fernando. No need to go looking, he was right there. The hotel lobby was impressive with roses of every colour, everywhere. Villlery checked us in quickly and explained all of the hotel's ammenities. After a long flight, this warm welcome was exactly what we needed.

Then off to our room - spacious, clean with everything we needed. Nonetheless, someone came by pretty quickly to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay leaving behind some nuts and chocolate as a snack.

The hotel restaurant was another highlight, coming in a close second to the overall service. You have to try the Ceviché - they have two recipes and while I have a favourite, you must try them both. The restaurant staff delivered five-star service: attentive and transparent allowing us to enjoy a peaceful dinner.

We are grateful to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable, especially Euvi, Cici, Villlery, Fernando, and José.

My family and I stayed at the Eurobuilding at the beginning and end of our time in Ecuador. The facilities are clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is efficient and helpful. Everyone is understandable and speaks at least English. The restaurant has prompt service and great food. And, the manager spent several hours driving us around to find a replacement medical device that had broken in flight. I have travelled all over the world and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really nice service. Everything was clean, tidy and professional. I was not disturbed at any point, and the towels and sheets seemed to be of very high quality. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay — I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at EB Hotel. Communication, service, hotel facilities and decor was all first class. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner at the restaurant.

This hotel is fantastic. We arrived very tired after a long trip, and they picked us up directly at the airport. The best part was the service at the front desk: they helped us print our boarding passes for our next-day flight. The breakfast was excellent. An ideal hotel for short stays. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a charming design and luxurious facilities; however, its main function is as a stopover for travelers using the airport. For this reason, its transfer system is, to say the least, inadequate. Upon arrival, we had to wait more than half an hour for them to pick us up. The following day, we had requested private transportation to get to our flight, but they sent us in the regular shuttle with everyone else trying to get on at that time. And because of a couple of dollars a man gave him, the driver almost abandoned us. In his haste, he treated my wife badly and started unloading our suitcases from the vehicle. Fortunately, we managed to get the driver to wait a couple of minutes and take us to the airport; otherwise, we would have missed our flight, which I couldn't afford since I had urgent surgery at 9 am (in 3 hours). Definitely, if you have time to book, consider another option closer to the airport with better service and more practical for your travel needs.

Had a day layover in the euro building, the place was nice very upscale. The front desk arranged for Dario Morales to take us on a tour. He was wonderful and gave our family of 5 an amazing opportunity to see Quito! I highly recommend going with him for a day!

Top notch service, clean facilities and good food. Front desk staff were over the top helpful; led by efficient, focused and pleasant manager. Bartender, Freddy, made an excellent drink and avocado soup was delicious.

I booked EB without having stayed here previously. This was a very complicated business trip with multiple arrivals and many booking changes. Proximity to the airport but especially attention to detail made it a no glitch experience. Front desk did a great job updating bookings over and over (and over) again. A 15 person business dinner was organized and managed to perfection by the dining room staff. Food was good. Go for the sirloin and the paiche.
Special shout out for Euvi Marin who took care of our table two nights in a row, managing our very difficult group with a smile, lots of patience and utmost professionalism. He really made a difference.
Their Portuguese wines are definitely worth trying.

This hotel is modern, clean, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
We are at Tabla Bella and Freddy was our bartender. He made the most delicious drinks, and our food was exceptional. I highly recommend staying at EB hotel and eating at Tabla Bella.
