The room was clean,bed was tidy. 1 lady at reception was very nice and polite....

Reception and lobby is good, there is a restaurant beside it, in front, and it is along the highway.

The hotel lobby looked good but when we got to our rooms, there was musty smell even in the hallways. The rooms are dark and uncomfortable. The rooms had molds, there was no cable tv. Their pool and recreation area were non-operational, which was misleading since their website is outdated and didn't mention any of these information.

Terrible. The room was very dirty and dusty. The room smelled bad and musty. There was a layer of dust on everything inside the room. The water heater in the shower was not functioning. One of the lights in the bathroom was not working. If there was lower rating than 1 star, I would have given it. I would never stay there again.

Booked the hotel because of the swimming pool facilities. Dissapointed upon check in was informed that it’s not available for use.

In-room amenities lacking. No free bottled water, no coffee brewers

They didnft give us the right rooms ( 2 king size beds). The floor at the lobby was so dusty. Breakfast was not what we expected/ ordered. Beds / pillows were not comfy. Towels were old/ worn out.
Nowhere to place the shampoo and soap inside the shower area. Really bad experience.

Excellent place to stay for a btl
udget. Very accomodating and friendly staff who assisted with all our request without delays, especially when we had an unexpected early check in the wee hours in the morning. Very conveniently location along the national highway, making hard to miss and just a tricycle ride away from the main city area. Overall very satisfied with our stay given the low budget and big props to the outstanding hotel staff assistance & service.

It started with hotel not being able to find a suitable room for us. I had to upgrade to a bigger room because the rooms are just too tiny and sub-standard. There is also no elevator and the stairs very dangerous that I almost fell down three times (good thing I was very careful). Not recommended for guests who are elderly and with young children at all. It is very risky to navigate the poorly constructed stairs and walkways. The staff is very accommodating and the food is also okay, it's just the hotel itself is not good.

Der Empfang am frühen Morgen war frostig! Das Wichtigste schien zu sein, erst einmal die Gebühren einzutreiben für den frühen check in !
Doch das war ein Einzelfall! Das Personal zeigte sich im Nachherein sehr hilfsbereit!
Das erste Frühstück war etwas ungemütlich, weil die Vorbereitung für eine Hochzeitsfeier wohl Vorrang hatte!
Das Hotel ist bei vollem Betrieb im Umbau!
Das Zimmer mit Balkon bescheiden, aber ok!
Der Ausblick über den Parkplatz auf Schotter und Gerümpel, na ja man hatte halt einfach dein Zimmer im Untergeschoss gewählt!
Ein Aufzug war nicht vorhanden!
Das Restaurant im Freien und in der Nähe des Pools schien auch bessere Tage gesehen zu haben!
Insgesamt, wenn die Umbauarbeiten mal fertig sind, emphelenswert bis gut! Noch sind die Sterne wohl eher ein Wunsch der Besitzer!

When we didnt get the rooms that we booked. We got 1 old room (disgusting toilet, the aluminum sliding door is falling apart, BUGS!, linens with burned holes.) 2nd room (NEW! BUT! Smelled cement that made my friends sick, MOSQUITOES!,) some staff doesn't know what thier doing.
