The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They helped us re-arrange our onward plans, and gave us great advice about what to do while on Koh Lipe.
Amazing location, literally 5m from the end of the ferry pier on arrival, and less than 1 minute along the beach to the Walking Street (main street with bars & restaurants, dive & boat trip companies, Thai massage, hostels, 7-elevens etc.
The staff were very accommodating, they help us with beach chairs, beach mats and towels, right on the beach so close to get around. Big bed, cosy room, hot shower Value for money in this position
We enjoyed our stay and you get what you pay for as price was good, our bungalow floor was a bit spongy - but we would stay again and recommend f to others

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location couldn’t have been better — we stepped straight off the boat from Langkawi and were just a few steps away. It was just as convenient when we left for Phi Phi, with the ferry pickup point right outside. Being right on the beach was a huge bonus, and we really enjoyed the peaceful setting. We stayed in a cute little private bungalow that was quiet and relaxing. The bed was absolutely massive — easily a California king — which made for super comfortable lounging and sleeping. On top of all that, the staff were so lovely and friendly — they made us feel really welcome throughout our stay.
The only downside was the air conditioning. It didn’t seem to work very well, and we ended up having some rough nights. The room would get freezing cold even when we adjusted the temperature up, so we’d wake up to turn it off. But then it would get too hot, so we’d have to wake up again to turn it back on. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.
We loved the location of this property, right on the beach and a minute from the entrance to Walking Street. The room was basic but clean, comfortable and all we needed for our stay.
The staff were very friendly and really helpful, we were met at the jetty and someone took our bags from the ferry to the property.

It’s a great place to stay as long as you don’t want to go to sleep before midnight. The bar next door is so loud you would think the sound system is in your bedroom

The property was clean and staff very friendly. The amenities were minimal but all worked as expected. Great location next to immigration check and very close to walking street. Good property if your looking for something very functional and not too expensive!
Good location and very quiet in the room.
Overpriced and could not use the bathroom light at the same time as the shower. Air con worked but always took a few minutes to get working
