Я уже писала, что проблема с персоналом! Большой минус

Понравилось расположение, сам отель уютный, номера чистые.

Cons:

Персонал. Вам надо работать с персоналом, во-первых, ресепшен. Ни здравствуйте, ни до свидания. Где улыбки, с таким лицом смотрят, как будто я у них бесплатно живу, гость не прошенный. Официанты, почему толпа стоит и все смотрят, как мы едим?! Не успели доесть, подходят выхватывают тарелки. Моя коллега во время обеда не доела салат, официант выхватил тарелку, я завтракала, не успела доесть, подходит девушка официант и говорит: можно забрать? Нет, нельзя! Что за манера, ходят туда сюда между столами просто так. Дайте людям нормально поесть в спокойно обстановке. Завтраки скудные, но готовят вкусно! Обеды очень вкусные были. Персонал большой минус!
