Great team, spacious room
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay overall, and the highlight for me was definitely the team. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the ladies at reception gave some great local recommendations which really enhanced my trip.

My room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well laid out. I had made a couple of small requests in advance (including a fan), which unfortunately couldn’t be accommodated. I also mentioned I was celebrating a birthday — nothing special was arranged, but it would have been a nice touch.

Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options.

There were a few housekeeping and comfort issues during my stay. When I first opened the sheets, one side of the bed was wet, which was a bit unexpected. The walls are also quite thin, so corridor noise and other guests could be heard easily. Additionally, there was a smoke smell in the bathroom that seemed to drift up from another floor, which I reported to reception.

Overall, the friendliness of the staff and the spacious room made the stay enjoyable, but addressing these small maintenance and housekeeping details would really improve the experience.
