Pros:

Локация, тихая улица, рядом ботанический сад. Хорошая транспортная доступность. В номерах чисто, удобные кровати, в отеле хороший ресторан с вкусной едой. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный.

Cons:

Для меня были неудобные подушки и не хватило кондиционера для волос, обычно в отелях он есть в мини версиях.

Отель чистый,локация и персонал хорошие

Cons:

В апреле было холодно в номерах,на один номер дали обогреватель
Для второго номера обогревателя не было

Hotel ben situat que hauria de revisar l'atenció als seus clients.
Pros:

Hotel ben situat per visitar Almaty, prop del metro i d'un centre comercial on hi ha un gran supermercat. Habitació correcta.

Cons:

-L'habitació havia d'estar preparada a partir de les 14h i no hi vam tenir accés fins passades les cinc de la tarda, no van oferir cap alternativa.
-Manca de resposta per part del personal de l'hotel quan se'ls va dir que no hi havia tovalloles a l'habitació.
-Reserva de taxi per anar aviat a l'aeroport el dia següent que no es va gestionar per part de l'equip de recepció.

Preu elevat i molt marge de millora pel que fa al servei.
