Pros:

The location is good and overall the hotel is nice. The room was big and the breakfast is very good.

Cons:

Nobody talks English, and you can't properly communicate with the staff. The water was coming out of the shower very slowly, and I requested that it be fixed multiple times, but they did not do anything; they just told me this is how it should be. That is not acceptable.

Pros:

Останавливаюсь здесь в третий раз. Отличный отель с хорошим сервисом и уютными номерами. Удобное местоположение — до центра города можно дойти за полчаса. До музея им.Кастеева и Ботанического сада дорога занимает 20 минут (пешком).

Также очень радует хорошее разнообразие опций на завтрак.

Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля. В самом отеле очень комфортно, номера просторные, чистые.
Завтрак превосходный , разнообразие и качество блюд приятно удивили.

Cons:

Специально осталась немного отдохнуть перед дорогой, хотела поплавать, сходить в СПА. К сожалению, бассейн оказался маленьким, особо не поплаваешь. Хотелось бы предложить расширить свои услуги в этой области, сделать хороший бассейн и СПА зону. Уверена, что у Вас бы стало больше гостей. А так все отлично, приятно провела время между делами в коммандировке.

Will never come back again
Pros:

The staff wasn’t very helpful. Asked for bell boy were told there isn’t any. Plus had to ask several times for iron. Language barrier also an issue
