Our family trip to Babadham temple Deoghar
Pros:

The stay was quite comfortable & the location of the hotel is very convenient to connect the places of interest in & around Deoghar. The Babadham temple is very near to the hotel and great connectivity. The food quality, tastes & the portions in the hotel resturant was amazing & have lots of choices. The stay was wonderful.

The General Manager of the Hotel Mr. Nitish is inconsiderate and ignores all concerns of the guests. Expedia could not establish a connection with the property contact.
The restaurant section is very good, Added Breakfast with a room reservation. All the guests liked the food. The hotel Staff are also good. But the main problem is management. Rooms are smelly, Dirty, and full of ants and flies. The bathrooms are dirty and don't reflect this is a 3-star hotel. Booked four rooms for three days for 4 senior citizens, 2 kids, and 3 adults. AC does not work properly. The TV display is bad. The check-in process was pathetic ( multiple cancellations did not get reflected in the system). The hotel Manager ( Mr. Nitish Rai) finds everything is okay. Had to follow up multiple times with the same request.

Pleasant stay at Mahadev palace
Pros:

The hotel is located near the temple, not exactly walking distance but close. Staff is good and responsive, service is good. Restaurant food is very tasty. Hotel is a bit dated, but overall stay was pleasant.
