Happy to stay again
Pros:

Great breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Close to the train station and the buses.

Cons:

The location is surrounded by roadworks for the new trolley bus service.
The safe in the room didn't work - needed new batteries but soon resolved.

Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und wollen wieder kommen.
Die Lage nah zum Bahnhof und trotzdem eine angenehme Umgebung, in maximal 20 Minuten zu Fuß bei der Arena.
Sehr ansprechendes Zimmer, genügend gutes Licht und Spiegel. Schönes Bad, gute Pflegeprodukte. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Rückseite, es war leise und wir konnten herrlich schlafen. Excellente Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen. Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse herausragend, viel Auswahl, auch Schinken, Käse, Eier usw..

The staff are always extremely nice especially at the front desk they are always very helpful especially the two ladies and two guys on the front desk we had the pleasure of dealing with on the 11th/12th of May.

The breakfast was amazing especially the selection and the ladies were very friendly and helpful there too. This is our third time staying and is one of the best hotels in Verona

Usb port in the rooms would be a nice addition but is not a complaint

Ustrezna lokacija, da lahko vse znamenitosti mesta dosežež peš. Prijazno in vljudno osebje, čiste sobe, ki sicer res niso prav velike, a to nam ni bilo tako pomebno, saj v njih samo spiš. Parkirno mesto v sklopu hotela. Odličen zajtrk in prijazno osebje pri strežbi in urejanju samopostrežnega zajtrka. Vse je zelo čisto.

Handy for the station and a relatively short walk to the main sights.
Pros:

Good location, close to the station and only 20 minutes from the city centre. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was good.
